SASSA pay out chaos | Postbank glitch has been fixed

Postbank says the Sassa grants payment system at both ATMs and in-store retailers has been restored. Technical issues left grant recipients frustrated after they were unable to access their funds. They've been struggling to withdraw funds for several days because of a glitch in the Postbank's new payment system. The bank released a statement yesterday, saying the grant system is now stable, and transactions at retailers have also been restored.

And by the way the helpline is USELESS...it doesn't even ring and then dies ! I was also told to try again next week Tuesday and I highly doubt whether the system is "stable" ha ha

This is unacceptable.I was in pick a pay Jb on the 5thSept and a lot of people had to leave the groceries in the store and go home without money and food.I don't even know why we get our sassa on the 5of the month.I remember as a child that my granny use to get her money on the last day of the month.We want our sassa on the last day of every month.Who is getting the interest of our sassa grant.The ANC is not paying our GRANT.
