It is not true. The picture wasn't only for people with gifts. It was actually a family picture but since apparently Mirabel was the only child who didn't get a gift after the establishment, she was looked down upon. Then on that day, it was particularly hard for her, and people around her made it a lot more harder for her. They just forgot about her because of the new gift in family. It was so sad. She felt forgotten and left out.

On a side: Abuela shouldn't be on the photo too, because she has no gilf O another side: Mirabel should be on the phote, because she has the same gift like Abuela, only Mirabel and Abuela can control casita!
