This is beautiful. The music and ambient sounds are so calming and relaxing. Before this, I felt so tired I wasn't sure I could make it through dinner. I put this video on and almost immediately started feeling rejuvenated. I got up, stretched, meditated, and prayed. I feel happier now than I have all day ❤🙂.
