STOP. YALL I used this and the early bird sub that helps you wake up early and fix your sleep schedule and I woke up an hour earlier than usual (I always set my alarm but then sleep through it, but this time I ACTUALLY got out of bed), did my skincare, affirmations, brushed my teeth, drank water, made tea, fed my dog, cleaned the kitchen, made my bed, listened to a podcast, and meditated in the extra hour I had.

Ideal routines: -working out everyday -eating healthy on weekdays -positive thinking and gratitude everyday -meditating everyday -positive self-talk -studying at least 3 hours at least 4 times a week

It doesn’t really matter how much you study for if you are engaging and actively doing work. If your passively studying for 3 hours then it’s going to be less effective than studying 1-2 hours with a qualitative regime. I found this works best for me. There are also many videos on this. With this you won’t have to spend as much time studying. Have a good day/night! 😊

@@noxoir3350 can you explain how to study more efficiently, I heard a lot of ppl use Pomodoro, have a clean desk, no distractions, study music etc.....but do you have any rate study tips? P.S I know that even if it works for you, it may not work for me but I wanted to have some insight if you are comfortable sharing:)

@@barneyyuyy1901 The fenyman technique when i try to memorize something i speak it really loud that way i enjoy it and i remain focused too... even while solving a math question I speak the steps (may sound weird) but it does work . Just try it , may be it wont work for u , The main goal is to find out which stuff works for u well And for study music , White noise or 200-400 Hz binaural beats work in the best possible way as they are designed for our brains to actually focus on the task

dropstick it didn’t workout I’m sure cuz if u want to build a habit u need to make it easy starting with like 5 mins a day may sound like nothing but by time u would have improved a lot more, actually u know showing up is a good thing to. So if u want to build a habit make as easy as possible and overtime build it up not the opposite...make it easy to where u can see yourself doing them in 5 years

Ideal: - Clean room at sunrise. - Go to bed early (10 hours of sleep!) - Selfcare - have a study/work hour per day - One-two hours of self study per day (skills, dream career, language, etc- anything not to do with school) - Stay organized - Make a habit of being nice ✨ P e r f e c t I o n ✨

Goals: -do my homework right when I arrive home -finish reading my book :) -exercise for 25 minutes a day -finish projects early -feel motivated to write notes, do research, do homework, study, etc -clean my room once a week -wash dishes occasionally -tidy up my sister’s rooms occasionally -help my mom with cooking -feel motivated to do anything -Go to bed early and wake up early -Set up a good skincare routine for myself :) -feel happy doing any of the above!

Oh my god update, now i want to learn figure skating, and about the biology part, i might specialize into herbal pharmacy because why not? I might drop the inventor part because that's often correlated with business, but i will invent stuff for fictional worlds and such. I have been listening to this for like a month and let me tell you my results MY MORNING ROUTINE 3am wake up, 3:15 to 5:45 workout 5:45 to 7am get ready for school 7am to 1:40 pm school 1:40 to 2:30 pm rest / lunch, 2:30 to 5pm study 5 to 6:30 pm break 6:30pm to 9pm ( if my study is not completed, otherwise ready books, dinner, chill etc) 9pm to 3 am sleep SO basically this was the routine I made but I was never able to follow it because of procrastination and lack of self discipline But after listening to this within 2-3 weeks I got back to my track THANKS A LOT FOR THIS MASTER PIECE ENCHANTED WORKSHOP

This worked almost instantly! I've been procrastinating all day and feeling sluggish but this got me all the way together. I drew a full portrait in less than an hour! Usually takes 2-3 hrs. Also, this made me more cognizant of my handwriting. I took notes as well and my handwriting was really pretty and uniform. Usually it's sloppy because I'm unmotivated to put forth the effort.

i was literally about to spiral again from my depression and i’ve been fixing issues im having in my life so fast , i’m making new routines, adjusting my room, literally cleaned my whole closet , and got rid of all the clothes that don’t serve me , removed social media to get over my crush, and now i’m writing a letter devoting a journey of utmost healing, discovery and self acceptance to myself now and i all of a sudden feel super motivated to build better habits and want to write a whole bunch of poetry and things that are a lot better for me ! 🥺✨ update : almost over my crush !! and i finished a missing essay and another assignment ive been putting for for a long time ! i’ve been doing my routines and been super driven to get things done ! it’s like my brain goes into deep focus mode whenever i have to do or want to do something ahhhhhh !! all of your subs have changed my life so much 🥺✨

@Isabelle Gomez for self sabotaging yes , you’ll develop more discipline or i feel at the very least feel more motivated to work through it from the productivity and motivation affirmations :b, as for ocd, i believe it would for that as well! because it helps you become more in control of your behaviors and habits which i think would counteract some symptoms but i’m not sure for this one i’m not the most educated on ocd 🥲, there are subs that help with ocd i believe ! i can help you look for some if you feel this one isn’t helping with your ocd !:D ) and yes to perfectionism too! it says letting go of behaviors and traits that aren’t aligned to your ideal self so i think it would help that too!:D

What I personally want : I wanna make time for all the things I desire to do with no setback, no excuses. Less procrastination, more focused work. More actions, less daydreaming. More planning, less disorganization. Also, in order to succeed in a desired area, no matter how talented you are you gotta put in the work daily, even if you don't feel like doing it, you gotta keep doing it.

ideal routine: -sleep early(10 or 11 pm) -workout/stretch atleast 10-15 minutes -meditate -always stay hydrated -always finish something 1-2 days it's sent/assigned -always wake up early(6-9 am) -wash dishes everytime i use it

Ideal routine: -wake up and smile! -don’t look at phone until after morning routine/ limit KZfaq scrolling -daily yoga -daily meditation -daily morning pages journaling -read 1 page a day at least -exercise 3-6x a week -1-2L of water a day -skincare twice a day -walk outside daily -shower more -create more (art & writing) -gratitude, positive self talk/ be easy on myself and acknowledge what I DID do instead of focus on what I didn’t

I had spent a week with a routine that sounds like heaven for me. Waking up at 5:30 , having a math class at 6 , Driving to School at 8:15 , Reaching home at 2 and resting till 3:30, attending art class at 4:10 to around 6,resting & dinner till 8, doing self-study 8pm to 1am. It was difficult but I used to be so disciplined and satisfied at the end of the day when I used to go to sleep. It also cured my insomnia because I used to get so tired and I could able to sleep in just few minutes. My health and grades also came into track of perfection. But I had lost this routine and I've been so unproductive that it makes me sad. Tryna get back to my routine now

Hey guys I am a student preparing for a highly competitive examination and my goal is to study for ten to twelve hours a day u would be listening to this and the intelligence subliminal by Luminalplay everyday and be responding with results Day1: heard this one for like 4 times repeating the affirmations Day2: yesterday wasn’t very productive but today I am starting a huge chapter so I think I can accurately measure any change in focus used with spell 4 times today let’s see what happens today day 3 i felt a little more productive than usual but i am still a long way from being superproductive anyways i am gonna listen to this 4 times and tell you how it goes tomorrow day 4: i can start to feel a little bit more productive now studied for five hours yesterday i am extremely greatful for this sub to help me gain a habit of studying long hours anyways listen four times today and gonna see how today unfolds day 5 : didnt study much yesterday but the intelligence sub also seems to be kicking in i remembered a table i couldnt remember for weeks in 10 mins day 6 my general productivity seems to be increasing though i have to cut my youtube time sorry didnt listen for the past two or three days will start again now

habits i want to achieve; - working out for at least 30 mins to an hour - reading at least a chapter of a book - making my bed every morning - waking up early every morning - having the motivation to do my work as soon as it is set - get better at korean and french (french bc of class & korean bc i’m korean but can’t read or write it due to lack of motivation) - meditate for at like 15-30 minutes every morning & night - get better at school subjects especially math & i guess english (i mean english is eh) - become more athletic and hardworking - eat lots of water & eat foods that are healthy for me and have a lot of good nutrients - have a better sleep schedule so i can achieve my 8 hours so preferably be asleep by 10;30 and wake up at 6;30 (just before 1 am)

You should sleep at 10 PM because it's the most effective and you should wake up early at around 6 am so you get 8 hours of sleep everyday and you become more motivated to work in the morning :))
