This is actually more common than people think it is. My niece just found out she was 28 weeks pregnant and trust me. She had no clue She's not obese , but she simply did not show, and was not even remotely triggered that she was pregnant. She had a cycle every month until March when she realized she was late. She took a home pregnancy test realized she was pregnant, went to the doctor, expecting them to tell her she was a few weeks pregnant, when they showed her ultrasound screen, she saw a healthy, baby boy at 28 weeks of gestation. We are all completely thrilled! Literally, like two weeks later, she was big as hell, almost like now that she knew cognitively her body allowed itself to expand. Makes no sense I know crazy but my nephew, "Sir", will be here any day now. Stop calling people you don't know liars!

So I was one of those people who didn't know I was pregnant because I had a period for 3 weeks straight. It turned out I had a condition called incompetent cervix and it did 2 things to me. It didn't provide my body the que's that I was pregnant and then it would open my cervix early because nothing was working in sync. I was at work one day and was skinny. I started bleeding one day very heavily and 911 came took me to the hospital and I was 25 weeks. Unfortunately, they tried to save the baby but she passed away soon after I delivered after I was supposed to stay in the hospital for the next 3 months.

I know a woman that went to the bathroom because she was cramping, thought she had to go number 2…and started pushing out a baby. She’s the only one I know personally but, I’ve heard of that happening many times. A woman can have a period her whole pregnancy, and some pregnancies be so smooth you won’t know unless you know. Everyone doesn’t gain a lot of weight, or have complications. The woman I know didn’t look pregnant at all, and her baby was completely healthy thank God, because she was drinking the whole time…up until the night before lol.

That happened to my niece her senior year in high school so one day she started having cramps at school and the nurse ended up taking her to the hospital and my niece found out she was pregnant and was told she is due any day and she ended up having her daughter the next day and she said she was still having her period the whole time and my niece probably was 100lbs at the time so she never looked pregnant to anybody but here she is having a baby her last year of school

I actually had a college buddy, who's GF had a baby, she lived literally in the next building to us in this apartment complex. All of us, we were very close, carpooled to school together and all. She was sick one night, my friend took her to the hospital, the net morning they came back with a baby. That kid should be almost 30 years old today. Also she wasnt huge or anything. Plus size, but definitely not 300+ lbs.

I had a hidden pregnancy where my stomach stayed flat and the doctor test always came back negative even up to seven months negative. They never would have caught it if I wasn’t in so much pain and they did a BLOOD test. For some reading doctors don’t wanna do blood test for pregnancy they just rely on urine. And since I was young on my first pregnancy I had never heard of a hidden pregnancy. It can happen and they not know. I had very little symptoms but the tiny pain got worse only close to the end.

One of my friends girlfriend’s claimed she didn’t know she was pregnant until she was hours away from having the baby. They were 16. The girl was skinny too! Didn’t tell her bf or her parents, and one day out of nowhere had to be taken to the hospital by me and him to deliver the baby. She literally had to call her parents and say “not only am I pregnant, but I’m having the baby now.” Luckily everything was ok
