Look for (chile) powder. Spell it correctly or you'll get something totally different.

I grew up on this food. It was a love language expressed through generations, food. The love reaches into my soul with the first bite of my grandmas home made enchiladas!! It saddens me that it is unhealthy to eat this way all of the time. Learning healthy habits through cooking has been difficult. Breaking habits that have caused many illnesses in my family. The war inside Is so real.

Hello I'm from Texas, but what we get in central TX is called Tex Mex lol 😆. I love watching you and cloud and you doing the cooking videos. I love Mexican cuisine it's my favorite. I’ve lived in Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Texas and now Colorado and always had access to quality guajillo powder. I generally make my own, but I wanted to share for those that need a reference to a good chile powder. This one is my favorite because like you said, it’s everywhere in CO 🙌🏽

Los Palmas canned enchilada sauce has l little secret the mild one has no side effect the hot one has no side effect but the medium one has a crazy side effect that is good for pranking someone it's not hot whenever you eat it but the next day when you poop it burns like hell coming out 😮
