A Beauty, for a full and thorough investigation of a mass or painful joint should always include microbiology notwithstanding the Radiological Diagnosis. Clinically, however, this is probably painful and degenerative pointing to some degenerative/inflitrative process with neoplasia always a concern to exclude. Enchondroma with a Differential Diagnosis of Chondrosarcoma and Osteosarcoma. Delightful, Es gut ist. Prost!
