In Saudi Arabia some contractors gave been calculating end of service benefits based on the base salary without the expat premium, travel allowance, housing allowance, etc. Shouldn't end of service benefits be on the "gross wage", meaning the entire paycheck including expat premium, travel allowance, and housing allowance?

What is situation when company say take 6 month vacation without pay. Later got terminated by employer

The resignation can be made at any time after 10 years. You don't have to look to end the contract ... (ex ... 10 yeras 4 month)

Hello, sir, i have a doubt, I joined wit my organization on jan 09 2020 and my initial contract was for 12 months fixed-term contract which will be auto-renewed as same as the first contract. now I am almost finished my 1 year 11 months and 15 days. and I am going. to resign. suppose I resign on December 21- 2021 and my last day will be on jan 20-2022. so am I eligible for end of service on completion of two year. ? my HR says that I can only start my resignation once my contract has expired and I need to be in 1 month notice period additionally. to eligible for that. but my last working day will be grater than to 2 years from the day of my joining. how could I proceed with objection if they are not giving my end of service benefits

Hi sir one question in my mind I have 2 year fix turm contract but I haven’t finsh 2 year now I have just finished 1 year now but I want go other country I have good job that’s way but my company saying that you’re braking you’re contract in 1 year that’s way you have to pay 2 month salary to company and also has to give 2 month notice period and during notice I’ll not get my monthly salary is that legal way I don’t think so coz I have read my contract many time I didn’t see anything like this mention in contract it’ has just mention about 2 month notice but not to pay 2 month salary Pls help me I am in Riyadh Saudi

Befor 90 days my last working day My company is not giving me end of the service benefits yet what should i do now?
