It’s St Augustine it has purple stolons Bermuda/centipede have a green/brown runners and the stolon is skinnier while St Augustine are usually a bit thinker

Go to a diesel gas station and get Def fluid. It's urea and water. It's the cheapest liquid fertilizer you can get.

When I put Peat Moss in the spreader, I am left with a bunch of larger pieces that don't come out the grates. Any way to avoid that, or what do you do with that?

It you want to seed bermuda don't use the store stuff, that stuff is crap! Let me know I'll send you 2 lbs of good stuff. There's a big difference. Be warned seeding bermuda ain't like ryegrass lol😅😂😂
