Today is the 4th day I'm watching this video more than 15 times a day. It is true that it is scary to leave the known. I've been a resilient soldier fighting depression, anxiety, and traumas since my childhood. It's been a year since my life turned upside. I'm struggling in every possible aspect of life, you name it! It is incredibly difficult to fight them simultaneously, but believe it or not, the more I listened to Dr. Dispenza, the less pain i felt. You might find it interesting how my body temperature has been changing constantly, and I feel how my body is transitioning from an offleashed animal to a well-behaved pet. Thank you,

@@Authorsayidabano Hang in there Brother. Once you realize the threat is your own thoughts, and they are magnified to the point where we scare ourselves, you will become empowered. Don't try to rationalize the feelings with thoughts, just feel the feelings until they pass and then reassess. I now its easier said than done but you can do it with consistent practice.

As a teen I played field hockey. I would fall asleep every night replaying certain maneuvers over and over in my head. I perfected my game so well, I made All-Americans. I used the same technique in college, envisioning myself using uphills to powerfully pass and psyche out my competitors in cross country skiing. I got so good at it that I captured the attention of Olympic scouts. Later in life, I started businesses and purchased properties - all using the same process envisioning my desires. I love coming to understand, through Joe’s amazing explanations why and how this has worked for me over and over again over the years!

@@KG-bliss thank YOU for your kind words. I can tell you that this works for all kinds of things. For health: I was born with club foot and had my legs in casts, then braces for the first few years of my life. Yet later, I excelled in sports. I was born into poverty, but got break after break to get through college and pursue the career of my dreams. I was widowed and left homeless with three small kids at the age of 43. And I manifested all sorts of financial breaks to rebuild. I even owed a ranch in Texas! I retired in my 60’s and now own a million dollar estate and my grown kids and grandkids also have homes on the estate. I couldn’t ask for more - and this is how I overcame, every single time!!! Trust this method - you ARE a divine being!!!! The universe IS conspiring to help you - just work with it! Light & love to you! ❤️

I am trying to stay so mindful first thing in the morning when I wake up for the first hour or longer to thank God and stay in gratitude and positive affirmations, and visualization along with breathing exercises at the same time. Even if anyone can only do this for 10 or 15 minutes first thing in the morning it is incredibly helpful. Keep all negative out

They've hidden everything pertaining to God bc the more believers that are in this world the harder it would be for them to push the evil agenda, God loves you even though you don't believe but if you want to know truth,you could find it for yourself, take the Sabbath and read the word and ask God to show you truth, don't do anything but talk to him and read his word, he'll show you

When someone comes into your life to love you correctly, know this: don’t look at people entering your life through your current/past situations. Everyone deserves to be loved. Self sabotaging usually stems from a person not feeling worthy of love (giving or receiving). People also have different ways of showing love. Life is short, don’t let another person carry someone else’s burden.

All your advice is incredibly valuable regarding how to stop thinking the same painful thoughts but I wonder if you could help me and I know thousands of other parents with regard to an adult child cutting you out of their life. In so many cases including mine, it is due to having a controlling partner. We get no opportunity to defend ourself, no real closure, no explanation. Just have to live in this nightmare of grieving the loss but with no end.

My takeaway from this talk, remember the past, but live in the present. My past does not define my present or future. I learn from it. If I control my thought I can control my feelings, and this controls my well being or misery. What I focus on is what Comes back to me. ³²

@resonatingspirit
@resonatingspirit 4 ай бұрын
You acknowledge why you feel this way. Healthy anger is good and protects us. Unhealthy anger harms ourselves and not the person we are angry at. If it is appropriate to talk to them about it do. If not speak to a therapist or write it out in a diary. Once you have acknowledged how you feel and why, often this is enough to reduce it. After this work you can decide to let it go. That you no longer wish to hold on to this feeling. There is always a pay off as to why we hold onto these feelings, you may be trying to protect yourself you may not be finished feeling angry. But it is about you and not the other person. You have the power to transmute the feeling and feel free. If you have a child with this person then you owe it to yourself and to them to move past it and be at peace. Xxx

So, at the risk of sounding negative I have trouble trying to imagine the feelings of the life I should be living. How do I create feelings of the life I want when I've never experienced these feelings? If our brain is a record of past feelings and we keep repeating them then how can I simply create new feelings when I've never had such an experience? I do try I imagine what it would feel like, but it just reminds me of my current reality.

so you are saying do not trust your perceptions? After really trying earnestly to make sure that your perceptions are true you should just say to yourself no the perceptions are off. someone just insulted me but no Im wrong somehow. I won't trust that this just happened. what?? Or for that matter something great just happened .. nope dont trust it. this is also faulty. Sometimes those emotions repeat because the other person is doing the same thing today they did years ago but unless you cut them off (boss sibling, parent etc) you will have the same "thought" perception.. So ditch your boss your job your family your "friends". this does not make sense! people you must question the guru sometimes.Take the best and leave the rest here.and please the spooky music needs to change Thank you

This will probably be deleted but you can sum this entire video up to him literally saying nothing. He uses modern terms to mansplain what a personality and memories are. Listen to this at half speed, he did not connect any dots whatsoever. And he is literally just saying the same thing over and over using different words and fluff like appeals to authority. Like in a trial, when the prosecution has no evidence they’ll distract you with key words and red herrings to sound confident. We need purposeful information, please.
