Fun little note about Kyle Richards, the woman that plays Lindsey Wallace: When she and Jamie Lee Curtis saw each other again for this movie, Jamie picked her up and carried her around like she did when Richards was a little kid. It was super cute. Jamie is a delight, I love that woman.

I felt so bad for the poor man who jumped from the hospital window. Such a sad scene showing crowd psychology.

Michael really stepped up his pace in this timeline, ain't no slow moving out here, man is making 6ft strides of death.

The footage of Loomis was actually made for the film and it’s all practical! From what I’ve heard online, one of the staff working had a very deep resemblance to Pleasence (Loomis’ actor) so they put some make up on him to make him perfectly fit the part.

I will never for the life of me understand how as a parent you can let your teenage son fight one of the most infamous serial killers on Earth..

The flashback was 100% made for this movie. They made sure to use a filter and grain that gave the flashback the same look as the original. For Loomis, they picked a dude that worked behind camera, apparently he looked even more like Donald Pleasence without the prosthetics..

“Everybody saying they are gonna get him and everybody getting got instead, devastating” This should’ve been on the poster 🤣

That hospital mob scene broke my heart. Before the patient died, the whole mob thing irritated me. It felt very…American. Lol

I love the fact that he was almost as brutal as he could possibly be in this movie, with only a couple of exceptions. There's just something so darkly wonderful about watching an unstoppable force like that. He's a supervillain in a world without superheroes.

The time and care they put into the flashbacks was incredible! The film is all over the place but I do have a soft spot for it! Lindsey smacking Michael with a bag of bricks was iconic. They had a man on set who looked EXACTLY like Donald Pleasance so they did some makeup trickery and voice work.

Fun Fact: Producers tried to get Paul Rudd to return as Tommy Doyle and Rudd was interested in returning, but had already committed to doing Ghostbusters Afterlife so they got Anthony Michael Hall (Breakfast Club and Weird Science) to play Tommy.

Cameron's death devastates me in this. He def redeemed himself as a charactor.😭

Also, in the extended cut of the movie, it ends differently. Laurie desperately tries to call Karen after Michael has attacked her and Michel picks up her phone and just breathes. Laurie then goes "im coming michael" and walks out of the hospital holding a bloody knife

I watched all the Halloweens growing up and Michael was always a top tier villain to me. I love this iteration of the franchise cause he truly feels like the scariest, pure evil incarnate. I honestly like the flashbacks to 1978. It was cool how they were able to recapture the look, even going to Dean Cundey for pointers.

It was so good to see Dr. Loomis making a cameo in this movie 🥹 In fact this was a person from the crew who looked like him, they used some makeup and CGI for accuracy and an actor for the voice over.

4:38 The reason we say "Stay with me" is because people start to fade out, if you give them something to focus on, they're less likely to go out completely (pass out). ANY TIME you have an injured person who NEVER loses consciousness, medically, they tend to have better outcomes in the long run and those people tend to heal more quickly and have less long-term effects of whatever happened to them. When you start to pass out or faint (same thing just different words), you really easily lose focus bc your brain is in emergency mode at that moment, your brain is scrambling for oxygen and blood and your body is basically increasing your carbon dioxide and dumping all your blood into your feet, so the best thing to do is lay the person down, and put their feet up level to or slightly above the heart (unless they have certain medical conditions), to allow the blood to return to the brain in a slowed down manner and allow the person to regain consciousness. This is true unless they were shot in the neck lol. If any of the Great Vessels are injured, PLEASE apply pressure to the would so the bleeding slows or stops and they can still breathe. If their throat has been sliced, tell them to tuck their chin to their chest as that will allow the great Vessels in the neck to realign and less blood will be lost. It's essentially like if you were to cut a hose in half and then hold the severed ends together, you WILL see blood flow regulate itself and there will still be a lot of blood loss so they need help ASAP. I'd love to do an "Emergency Medicine for Horror Movie Scenarios" video series lol. But I don't make content. Would ANYONE want to watch that?

Masks the kids wore which Michael put on the dead people were from Halloween 3. They really did love this franchise to add such a fun Easter egg for the fans.

It's funny because the couple who dressed as a nurse and doctor was in reverse. She played an actual doctor and he was portraying a nurse. That's also why she was so active with how they approached the threat of Michael with her being strapped and him very timid.

This series of Halloween movies were a reimagining of what happened after the very 1st one. They weren't remakes but I appreciate all the eater eggs in all 3 movies from all the older ones. You can catch all of them if you look hard enough. They did a hell of a good job with the attention to detail. I saw halloween ends last night. Anxious for you to review it as well

This movie is so brutal and gory. The new trilogy really has Michael as this invincible terror. The town coming together to stop Myers is impressive but also making evil can be made stronger. Fun watching along with you.

That was actually another guy who just looked a lot like Loomis in those flashbacks. Not even CGI. It made my jaw drop. I can't believe they found someone to play him that looks THAT much like Donald Pleasance..

It was good to finally see Brackett back after all these years. 40 years and 8 sequels (not including Season of the Witch)... only seen in part 2 for a little bit.

That ending floored me. Was convinced Halloween Ends was gonna be 3 generations of badass Strode women facing Michael. Poor Karen. She really came around at the end of 2018 with that "Gotcha" moment. I started liking her. That surprise factor worked. Didn't think she'd die in this one.

I’m gonna watch Halloween Ends in a few minutes. Great reaction as always. I can’t believe it’s been exactly a year since Halloween Kills came out. It honestly doesn’t feel like that to me. I feel like it just came out and a year later, the last movie comes out. My goodness, I felt so bad for that mental patient. I didn’t like this movie. Mainly because I like to be scared. Instead, I was just annoyed. All the characters got on my nerves. There’s something about Michael lurking in the background before he kills that gives me shivers. But in this movie, he got straight to the point with his killings. However, I do love watching people’s reactions to this movie on KZfaq!

i’ve never realized that this trilogy of halloween movies has a different approach to evil. halloween (2018) is about what evil is and can do. halloween kills is about how evil can affect people and halloween ends (semi-spoilers) is about evil who isn’t michael and what it means to be evil. so interesting

The Loomis lookalike was a member of the crew. His voice was dubbed by someone doing an impression of him. I would like someone to edit out the entire cringey “Evil Dies Tonight” riot stuff. I'm glad somebody didn't spoil it for you, there was a asshole in your last reaction that intentionally spoiled the ending to this movie. This townspeople needed to do more, like cut off his head as you mentioned. Along with that shoot it and throw it in some cement lol. Also something interesting, Karen's sweater is basically the same colors as Jaime clown costume.
