The spaniard that was holding Endrick kept looking at the ball, Endrick previews where the ball would go, so he goes back a little, the spaniard keeps in the same place, the ball goes exactly where Endrick thought it would go, so he is clean and alone to score the goal. This is genius striker, because he can preview where the ball will go, while the rest can't. The first brazilian striker that can do this since Ronaldo Nazário.

One of the problems the Endrick had to live in SP (I think he is from Brasilia) was his dad having to move with him to give him support. Brasilia don't really have a big team, with a huge structure like clubs in SP, so the best chance for the kid would be moving. Endricks dad is a construction assistant. Earned about $800-1000. Firstly, SPFC offered him a deal (to learn with the youth academy + food + school), but said that they couldn't do anything about his dad's situation. Not knowing anyone in the new city, and not having much study... his dad would probably not have the means to be there and support him. His kid's career would be pretty much done. Palmeiras, in the other hand, offered him a similar deal where but his dad could work at the club as Assistant of General Services. Basically do small maintenance, sweep and clean. His dad took the hit because he believed in his boys dream, and the rest is history. While the kid was developing, his dad was working at the club to support him the whole time. A salary of, like $250-400 monthly, but he was there for the boy the whole time. At Bernabeu, after the goal... Endrick hugged someone in the crowd, didn't he? The person he hugged is his dad.

@@pombo-yochanan7849 fanboy alert. You need to watch the footage again. Almost every time he receives it, the ball escapes his control and he has to scramble to regain control of it. As I've said, could be youth or the pressure of the situation. But it doesn't mean just because you like the player you suddenly go blind to potential flaws he might have. It really is staggering that people can just ignore things they see if it doesn't fit their narrow minded narrative that "this guy is world class". Some of his touches in this video are as clumsy as lukaku, if you can't see that then that's on you.

I watch Endrick's games and in a lot of them he seems to be off on the filed, but then out of nothing he pulls out a move that makes everyone go wow! That's when you remember he is at another level and only 17. when he gets older he will propably do that more and more. Then there is no stopping him.

Endrick ist brutal schnell und scheint ein guten Schuss zu haben. Mehr aber auch irgendwie nicht. Technik solala, so viele Ballverlüste, erster Kontakt fast immer falsch. Er ist noch jung, aber ein Wonderkid ist er für mich noch nicht
