Kash is still a difficult matchup going second with Endymion. Either hope they brick or open Thrust or Talent to get rid of Arise as quickly as possible, otherwise it becomes very hard to deal with.

Lol yeah that can be true. When you brick with Endymion, you usually brick HARD, and at most you can put up one jackal king with barely enough spell counters to activate it. When the deck pops off though, it’s insane, even more so if you manage to also have Amorphage Sloth and Secret Village both on the field.

You could, but I personally wouldn’t play less that 2. Opening Master Cerberus and Mythical Institution is great, as long as you don’t get ashed, and usually you have Servant as a follow up if you do. Plus it’s a way to get an extra Jackal King into the extra deck to pendulum summon later.

He couldn’t attack Selene, because of her other effect that people always forget. While any other Endymion card is on the field, she can’t be targeted for attacks. So unless he had a way to take out Endymion and my Servant before attacking, he wouldn’t be able to attack her.

While possible, I also think secret village had a huge impact on the outcome of that duel, since he wasn’t able to use the field spell, birth or theosis.

Just a good going second card to help give you what you need to turn the duel around in your favor.
