All the pieces were in place for QT to go unappreciated. You have to grind Tiger! Tiger! to make her good, and fourth party member who fills the same role joins immediately after. QT gets left with a whopping one battle in the limelight and doesn't appear in most story cutscenes afterward.

It took my friend a good 5 minutes to figure out what QT was supposed to mean. He deadass thought it was something like alpha or beta. I had to outright state that the anime robot in a maid outfit has a pun about being cute.

Poppi QT is definitely the form I slept on the most. I guess she felt to me like that awkward middle evolution in Pokemon that you'd rather use the first or final form. But I actually love the idea of spike evasion, and would consider trying that even if it's not the best build. Great job with the guides as always, dude!

The problem with QT, who is a Fire Dodge Tank by default, is that immediately after obtaining her you get Morag, who uses Brighid, whose yet another Fire Dodge Tank.

Did a Tora solo run rather recently and being stuck with Poppi a for 3 chapters really made me find a new appreciation for Poppi QT. Her chart fills out absurdly fast and her aoe specials are a god send for solo challenges. Also, regardless of how good it actually is, no special *feels* better than QT's level 2.

Plus, she jiggles.

I gotta admit, once I got Poppi QT I stopped using Tora until after I beat the game because I had no idea how to set her up effectively.

I'm weird and outfitted QT to serve as a kind of healer blade for Tora, focusing on keeping him alive with Teamheal on her level 1 and 3 specials for desperate situations, and Vital Charge on her level 2 because I do often use it over QTpi's level 2 (Usually because of element, though, since I don't care about speed).

...Honestly, I use QT more than Alpha, _specifically_ because of her Smash art. With Rex and the mighty Zekinator properly equipped, I am constantly flipping back and forth between QT & QTPi to Driver lock Unique Enemies into oblivion.

I was wondering since my friend was hammering the question in my head. Game mechanics aside, who do you think is the 'canon' driver for each Rare Blade?

Does the Scattershot Chain Attack Strat also work with Pow-Pow Cannon? And would that be more consistent damage if you don't want to run all those dexterity boosts?

So after experimenting with the evasion mod with poppi qt. I decided its best to give her a healer role (wtf is the point of the ether role anyway-poppi has no heal arts so why is it a healer role). Double attack to attack again. HP potion and Team heal so her autos give extra hits. Counter to boost her passive dmg by dodging. Affinity max evade. And system reset and null react. Gonna take hp potions and team heal only takes effect upon auto attacks (if specials and driver arts count neat). But gonna ask anyway, does counter attack count as well? I can't quite tell 100%.

I thought flash counter was a normal spike, taking effect whenever you take damage (like electra's or azami's ether spike skills)

I don't know if you will ever cover her but I'm able to get a 93% block rate with Electra and I don't beleive I have the best defence core chips yet.

Is just that Poppi A is the oldest child as she came first and qtpi came last making her the spoiled youngest kid. Qt is suffering the being the middle child syndrome.

Enel, just wondering, but are you going to help/colab with Chuggaconroy for his Xenoblade 2 LP? He said that he wanted to offer a much more reliable guide for the game, given how unhelpful more than half the tutorials and item descriptions are. And since you know so much about this game mechanically, I'd be surprised if you didn't make at least one or two appearances at some point in the LP.

Wait that's gotta be the stupidest way to nerf a strat ever. Why not just make it so that scatter shot always uses QT's stats to calc the damage instead of QTpi's? Or maybe make it so that chain attack multipliers don't effect arts used before the chain attack started (though I wouldn't like that since I like doubling up on Herald's Lvl 1). Gutting the accuracy is totally unintuitive and really just a lazy way to kill a creative strat.

Hm, can't you buff the spike damage with, feels like you can push strength and counter popy swap part damage up to to over 10.000 of damage every time someone attacks you. Feels like that might be useful, meaby you can also find a way to heal from the spike damage or something.
