The work you are doing is great. How do you stabilize the zinc performance? Phyllosilicates such as Biotite, lepidolite, laponite, ... made in high concentration paste electrolyte 15 to 30 w% , or higher% as coating layers on anode are reported to be great solution to the performance of Zn ion batteries. Performance will never bit Li battery even if this battery is absolute perfect.
