I’m a fan but not a “Swiftie” I feel like the Swifties are bullies and honestly lack any independent thought. They literally take whatever she says and run with it. And this idea that she is infallible and perfect is crazy. She has shown plenty of problematic behavior but that doesn’t have to take away from her achievements to you liking her music. She could say I hate puppies and they will call for all puppies to be put down. They sang Joes praises until they broke up. Despite her saying they both wanted privacy now he “locked up away”. What?! She’s a grown woman! Her reputation had taken a hit, she made a whole documentary about how the media was hard to deal with & gave her an eating disorder and she liked Joes normal life. But it’s his fault somehow? She wrote a whole album about him, not to mention Evermore and Folklore were 2 of her best albums to date and he helped. No one has any proof he did anything wrong. Maybe she wanted to get married (paper rings) or you could say Champagne Problems was about him wanting to marry her and her saying no. Both could be true at different times across 6 years. It’s dumb to make him a villain for no reason. A lot of people have had 6+ year relationships and then broken up. It’s better to do that than to stay together and be miserable because you don’t want to hurt someone’s feelings. And sometimes it takes years to realize you aren’t right or sometimes you change and start wanting different things or a different lifestyle. People who have been married 30 years break up. It’s sad that she sees it as all “for free” as if she got nothing out of that relationship whatsoever. That’s insulting. He was there at her lowest and valued her privacy, still is valuing it and wasn’t constantly looking for the camera like someone…. I’m not invested in her relationships but I think a lot of people can see (but God forbid we say anything bad 🙄) TK is loving the attention a bit too much. This is the first time I’ve said that about any guy she’s dated. Just bad vibes and doesn’t seem like long term genuine “love” unless he can benefit from it somehow.
