Ok so..... supposedly I'm an ENFJ. I can see the "feeling" based awkwardness here. I need help with something. I am quite proud of my past accomplishments of culinary successes. I have made baked goods and dishes like a beast! Ok, so I was going to a church get together for Memorial Day. When leaving church on a previous Sunday, I asked the Pastor if he likes deviled eggs. Of course he said yes. I said that I will have more than enough to go around. I talk to him on FB Messenger. I told him I went to culinary school and learned parts of this from my mother. Ok, made one batch... epic FAIL! Too much salt and ACV. Made another batch.. not bad, not bad. Thought... "hmm.. these cheese and bacon ones could use some sour cream to dip". Got the sour cream. Showed up, took the top off, they looked DRY! No one had any. I was EMBARRASSED to be "talking up" this! I KNOW I can do much, much better. I even ended up getting a case to hold 60 deviled eggs and it has a handle! Well, I'm even so embarrassed writing this! Next time I see him I'll sit with this. It will burn inside me! I haven't cooked much for over 10 years now... but I have TONS of books and reference points printed out, pinned and saved of AMAZING recipes! Is this ENFJ enough for you? I can be outward "feeling" but then I "second guess" myself and back off.. feeling the "burn" forever and a day of embarrassment!
