New kpop fans won't accept this, but this is so true. SM, YG and JYP are not called the BIG 3 just because of their net worth only, but also the accumulating impact of their artists brought to kpop all these years

Absolutely - I started off as only Army but fell in love with EXO, SHINee, RV, and now I love all of their groups old and new - now a proud KPOP multistan! I don’t know how some “fans” can hate so much on other groups and pit them against each other - love who you love, don’t listen who you don’t want to, but stop saying X group is better than the other. There’s so much good music in KPOP as a whole across all agencies actually - just appreciate! Honestly the “worst” part about loving KPOP IMO is the toxic fans.

Idk where you get the information that the upper floor will be rented to Hyundai but this building is build from 0 by SM. @@serqsdps The other two buildings (apgujeong and cheongdam) are owned by SM so they definitely won't be moving. SM is moving the communication center tgt with their other business offices (SM C&C, Lysn, etc.) scattered around Seoul to the new building. Not too sure yet, but we'll see next yr :)))

you can actually check out variety shows. i remember BoA gave a tour of the SM building to the hosts, nct contents reveal the building too. just the current building. i don't know about the cheongdamdong building though.

@@dre9806 BoA only showed certain parts, like the Basement dance practice room, basement store, the ground floor cafe and restaurant, her own office room, 4th floor which is artists' managers floor, those she showed were the only parts allowed to show on public, and in the second building shown in this vid, the only parts public knows are one of the dance practice room which all fans can recognize it's the dance practice room with legendary cloud background, the rooftop, and one recording room, that's it, and the last building, only one dance practice room are shown, so basically, their buildings are private, unlike JYP and YG they gave tour from room to room, floor to floor, and everything

Kalau orang berfikir big 3 itu berdasarkan uang yg dihasilkan atau harga saham, itu salah besar. Dr awal title BIG 3 diberikan kepada perusahaan yg paling berpengaruh dalam perkembangan KPOP. Not to mention kalau semua artis dari 3 company ini tuh selalu bisa jadi artis top, top nya itu bukan sekedar karna albumnya laris atau fansnya banyak, tapi mereka jadi icon, masyarakat korea pasti tau. Hanya saja fans2 kpop baru gak tau tentang ini dan malah bersikeras title Big 3 itu berdasarkan jumlah uang yg dihasilkan/harga saham.
