Today, I cooked Junhoe's highly-requested Mabomen, Mapo Tofu Ramen as his Christmas gift
And I was really glad to see him enjoy it :)

Ingredients:
Ottogi Yeol Ramyun
Gochujang Stir-Fry Pork
Soft-tofu
Onion
Minced Garlic
Starch
Buldak Sauce
Sansho Pepper

Preparing the Ingredients
1. Dice the onion
2. Mix starch with water
Making Mabomen Sauce
1. Cook minced garlic with oil, and cook together with stir-fry pork
2. Add chili oil and onion
3. Once cooked, add water and let it boil. Add seasoning and flakes from Yeol Ramyun
4. Add soft-tofu
5. Add buldak sauce and red chili oil to make it spicy
6. Add only the egg whites and leave the yolk aside
7. Add 3-4 tbsps of starch water to make it thicker
8. Add Sansho pepper to your preference
Putting it on plate
1. Pour the sauce on the noddles
2. Place the egg yolk and add sprinkle Sansho pepper
