Snow's reaver micro at 30:49 sets a new standard. You're generally used to see the goon dropping off the shuttle as a bait for tank shots, but a reaver taking down a tank BY HIMSELF just by loading/unloading on the shuttle.... I've never seen this before. You would have thought that can't work because tanks shots hit instantly but apparently.... they don't lol. there a millisecond of delay between the firing and the hit. And that millisecond is enough for Snow to take out a tank. Sick.

are we sure reaver didnt take ANY damage? Its not like tank one shot reavers also could have took just splash. (partial damage) nonetheless was super sick

@@MJ.ActualI wasn't sure either, but closely follow the reaver's health from 30:43. Before the insane micro moment, the reaver is at about 50% health. After the insane micro moment and killing the Siege Tank, the reaver health at 30:59 is still pretty much where it was before (minus the few shots it took from SCVS and the vulture). So from that, I deduced the reaver must have not taken any damage from the Siege Tank, otherwise I'm pretty sure it would have killed the reaver outright or at least dropped it to super low health.

I love how you guys are like the cast for StarCraft players. You give so much in depth commentary on build orders, current meta, history of metas, it makes it so entertaining. I'm not hating on Tastosis, but they just kinda describe what's going on and try to be funny and "caster-like". I much prefer you guys' style of technical commentary!!

@@nyoken sure thing man, you've provided so much (in my humble opinion) quality entertainment since the pandemic era. And while I still miss you doing casts with Scan, I think the big Gyp is an amazing co-caster. I don't know why but I think terran players make the best casters lol. I'll be subbed to the channel as long as you are casting, keep it up!

@@veasnamakara5941 nono. 보혜 (bohye) Toss girl is 서지수. She's the second best. LASL is usually BoHye vicotry or Toss girl victory. Cadenzie won it a few seasons ago. Honestly though if you follow her you see she's the best. She plays like Snow. She's so incredibly good at reaver micro and multi tasking.

The reason Snow didn’t perform as good as he supposed to be during Asl is because he wasn’t allowed to do feet clapping on stage.

Snow was on point , i had to comment after i saw game 1 so far ! It's quite impressive to micro like this , the double dragoon shuttle to pick up the mine was a rare sight , you never saw this in the past just dragoon baiting , also the reaver unload that didn't take damage , the Observer confirmed it .. the double shuttle with the one with zealots only to pick up turrets and mines and second with 2 reaver was inspiring as ever. why didn't we think about these strategies in the golden days!

Shine is definitely a great player, but it does feel like a lot of his wins rely on the opponent not doing something. Not scouting a ninja expo, not scouting a drop, not having turrets in time, etc. He always gets slapped down when someone just plays safe against him.

It did do its damage, watch it on 0.25x the observer managed to click the Shuttle just before the missile hit.

Nice casting but to be honest its kind of unprofessional/annoying to constantly hear "gg this game is over" from casters when the game isn't over. Followed quickly by 'well wait a minute XYZ is happening so maybe not gg" And this happens like every game with you guys. Let the pros play it out. The game is not over until someone GGs.

The problem with following that idea is that the casters have to then start lying and pretending like a certain player has a better chance than they really do. For me, I prefer the honesty.

@@abstractdaddy1384 a little insight- professional sportcasters are specifically trained not to call a game as ‘over’ prematurely because the moment they do that, viewership immediately starts to decrease. So its not so much being dishonest as it is letting the game play out naturally to keep people interested. If a Starcraft game lasts 15 minutes I really hate hearing how “over” the game is at the 6 minute mark. Admitting the game is over in the final minute is adequate enough.

@@KeeperOTG I understand the sentiment. I can at least agree the statement "it's over" is especially negative. I still standby though that I'd prefer to have a more realistic description of where the game is at. I think this facilitates a better understanding of the game by the audience, and better understanding leads to more enjoyment. As a side note, tasteless runs into the problem of constantly sounding like he doesn't really know what he's talking about. Somebody like him "lying" about the game state makes him look even more ignorant. It's at the point now where I'm skeptical about everything he says, which is REALLY bad for viewership.

@@abstractdaddy1384 your comment about tasteless is actually why I’m here this season, he’s pretty clueless and I struggled watching/staying interested the past few seasons. Nyoken and Gipsy are a refreshing take and new breath, I’m actually watching watching the games for a change
