Ingredients
Chinese sausage 3 pieces
Rice 200g
Mixed vegetables 150g
Green onion 1
Ginger 1 slice
Chinese cooking wine 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce 3 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
White pepper 2g
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Recipe:
1 Wash the rice well. Soak in water for 20 minutes.
2 Slice the Chinese sausage, slice the green onion and slice the ginger.
3 Put the soaked rice into the rice cooker. Add the sausage and mixed vegetables to the rice cooker; add the ginger.
4 Pour in 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 2 grams of white pepper.
5 Pour in water at the level of the ingredients.
6 Set the rice cooker to "cook rice"
7 After the rice cooker has finished cooking, continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
8 Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and chopped green onion, mix the rice, sausage and vegetables well and enjoy!
