I have all but the CRA+. You described their sound and differences very well. I like the EDA Balanced and the EDX Ultra the best, I haven't heard the CRA+. I don't mind the upper treble of the Ultra too much because I can barely hear the 14 kHz sounds. Due to my age, my hearing has deteriorated a bit already over 11 kHz.

Fantastic comparison thank you! I'd be interested in your opinion on the new 7hz Salnotes Zero, compared to the CCA CRA/CRA+. Everyone says the Zero has incredible tuning, but no one mentions if it's engaging and fun presentation. Thank you in advance!

Watching this review using the old gen KZ ZS10 non pro. I totally agree with your points, both CRA+ and EDA Balance are the most balance compare to the other sets of the new gen. EDX Ultra in Indonesia has the best price value although it doesn't sound as balance as the former mentioned ones.

yes value wise edx ultra might be the best, depends on your budget, but with only $8-$10 difference it's not a big difference

edx pro has bigger bass, but ultra overall has better tuning and still kinda bassy

Edx pro, way better than Ultra for bass music/Edm. Ultra ials more balanced, it's pretty low in bass and will have you craving for more if you listen to bass heavy music. Its a leaner sound. 2024 and as a basshead, I still think the EDX pro is a lot of fun. Different from every other Harman tuned, balanced set that is being pumped out. For a darker, thicker sound, KBear Rosefinch is amazing. Next level quality too.

Edx Pro for bright bass ($3), KB Rosefinch for warm/dark shake your head off bass($10). I love them both. The Rosefinch has an amazing driver and metal shell. The Quality/quantity of the bass is insane. If you want more clarity, you need to sacrifice bass 😢 RF is darker than EDX pro so it wont sound as clear but the bass makes up for it. It's easy to mod with tape on the filter for clearer mids but you'll lose some bass. It has plenty of bass so it's not a bad trade off on this set. Rf cable sucks, you will notice a huge improvement if you can spend $5-10 on a cable upgrade. A pure silver cable, wide bore tops and tape mod will great a nezt level sound with tons of rumble and much improved clarity and details. With an amp even better.

It's fun. A leaner sound but cleaner mids. It's probably the most Harman. I have almost all of them and love them all. Got rid of the Ultra because Eda balanced made Ultra repetitive. Honestly I don't get the hype behind the Ultra, missing the bass.

These KZ earphones sound the same overall. The only difference is the resolution they provide and the amount of pain they inflict. I had 3 of these and gave them away because they are simply unusable. 🤮 I'll stick to my Tin T2 plus and Chu

At technical (separation) Zex pro was better, but at tonal Cra+ was batter What genre of song do you like? Even cra/+ has a simmiliar Sound character but it was still different besides zex pro

EDX pro is still loads of fun in 2024! kbear Rosefinch for a darker, richer sound. Both great for baseheads and right now they are dirt cheap!!!
