He said himself he eats more than the average person to maintain his body. He makes sure that its mostly healthy tho. In one episode of RM when they were in Sechan's apartment he ate 3 servings of rice with tuna and he even ate more food afterwards.

It's not that he doesn't eat on running man, he just doesn't eat the unhealthy food. A majority of what they eat on running man are oily, salty, and fried food so he only eats it sometimes or when it's raw or contains less amounts of oil and salt but otherwise he gets a different set of food off camera.

One of the best Korean Variety TV Shows I have seen. There is the answer to have a happy live. Chill out with your friends, have naps, eat good food and drink a little. I really loved this show.

I discovered this show because of Jang Hyuk after watching Fated to Love You. His hilarious and adorable character really got me. A bit late to discover Jang Hyuk's charm on-screen but I'm still glad I did. It's nice to see all of the cast members in their ""normal"' selves. 🙂

After Fated To Love You I decided to watch another Jang Hyuk drama of the the name Shine or Go Crazy, it's a historical drama but it's also absolutely hilarious and his character has the same ikonic laugh. 😂💗 (It's available on Dramacool with subs).

In this show we can see the real kim jong kook ❤( away from his role in shows as the gangster man) so sweet, so handsome😍( as always 🤭) , so humble , so patient , so caring and so adorable like cha taeyong once said he is a big baby ☺ i love to see kookie in these kind of shows and i love to see him having fun and been happy

I love this show so much!! Its not just the cast that is great, but its the fact of friends who have gotten older and are still friends that impresses me. I am impressed with older korean men in general, it's like they have their lives so together and are ready for marriages

So i have watched it at viu and really love it. Then i came to KZfaq only to read all the comments about this show like every single episode of it. Yeah, I'm crazy about this. This show is so relaxing, the way they shot it, the music they used, all is just so heavenly. no script and no fake drama, everything is just so original. They're just being themselves. It's so damn fun. Now, if someday i go to Korea, there's no place i wanna go but this place. The village they've spent their 6 days together. This place is a paradise 💝 Oh, and i watched it only because of KJK by the way, I'm his big fan. But now, i love the others too, they make my Kookie happy, then it makes me happy as well. What a great friendship.

A new fan of Jang Hyuk. Only got to know of this show in the past 2 days and binge-watched all the 8 episodes. The show is really lovely and heartwarming. Hyuk is Super cute, adorable, goofy and charming. So unlike his performance personas. Shows what a great actor he really is. Hope there will be more series / seasons to this. There are much more things fans are curious about their lives and friendships. They can invite more of their common friends like Joon. His episode was especially great. Coincidentally, also a dragon here too who enjoys a handful of dragon besties ( 20 over years of friendship ) as well. So can relate to them on many levels. When we’re together we still act childish too.
