Jin said something that is really difficult to do: Look in the mirror and tell yourself "you're fabulous" (or whatever you wanna say to yourself that is positive). I tried many times to do it at least once a day and I find myself just staring at the mirror without saying anything. So it's something that one has to practice daily in order to achieve confidence.

Jin is right about saying positive affirmations to yourself! It's good for your self esteem and confidence! I have a scar on my forehead and sometimes I don't feel beautiful and Like Jin I tell myself I'm beautiful even tho I don't feel beautiful. It helps me face my insecurities and actually find what's beautiful about myself. 💜 It's about self love and acceptance. "I am loved" "i am awesome" "I am beautiful" When saying those things its misunderstood as being full of yourself. But those kinds of self talk can actually save a person from hating themselves

I always think that one of the reasons why BTS is the most successful band today is because they love themselves and also has the same level of humility. They are all confident, strong, Intelligent but because of their values and inate kindness they are still capable of loving others more than themselves..
