She's really particular with scents, I loved seeing the brands that she really likes for a while now and it's a mix of high end and drugstore as well. Having a nighttime ritual really helps to flip the switch in the mind to slow down for rest and sleep, so the scents and affirmations can really be helpful. She really has deeply rooted self-esteem issues through the years, I really hope that she is able to keep a positive outlook and remains in touch with fans and family for support.
