My bias deserves better. The same goes for Suho. He's also one of the most underrated member in EXO. I barely see any exol-s talk about Suho. 90% it's either about Baekhyun or Sehun.

방탄 엑소 둘다 덕질해본 사람으로서 준면과 남준은 진짜 최고의 리더감임 어떤 행동이든 리더로서의 책임감을 가지고 행동하고 대처능력또한 뛰어남 그리고 무엇보다 멤버들을 믿고 본인들의 그룹에 대한 자신감과 사랑이 무한함.. 방탄과 엑소가 잘나가는데는 리더의 공도 있는거같음 진짜 힘들때도 리더라서 울지도 못하고 눈물참는거 보이고 절대 쉬운자리가 아닌데도 늘 잘해줘서 참 고마움ㅠ

RM은 진짜 지성인인듯..기존의 우리가 생각하던 아이돌의 느낌을 탈피한 느낌? 말에 힘이 있고 생각이 깊음 머리가 좋으니 UN에서 연설할때도 소름이 돋음..방탄소년단이 글로벌 그룹으로 성장하는데도 RM의 영어실력과 리더쉽이 한목한듯 하다!👍

BTS would not be the biggest band in the world right now without RM’s leadership. He encourages the members and brings out the best in them. With all the awards they’ve gotten I’m glad he doesn’t do all the speeches anymore (except for the ones in the US) and encourages the members to speak up.

I don't fully understand what you mean by mild personality?! What do you mean by that exactly?! Can you elaborate on that?! Yeah Beakhyun is crazy but SM had done a lot to mentally abuse their artists in the past. He's a carefree, weird and a lovely man but he knows his limitations. But that's just my opinion.

@@yirenefox4393 Thank you! :) I wanted to say mild mannered (sorry, am struggling with finding the right term for it) and he often just laughs off when he is being 'attacked' by members for his dad jokes or his untidiness. For example, see Show 360. You can compare members in both EXO and BTS and compare their carefreeness with their leaders.I hope I have explained well instead of confusing you more.

@@user-yy7rj3rf2v I understand what you're trying to say now. RM definitely has more freedom to express his own opinions and to speak against BigHit than Suho does. RM seems to get along well with hitman bang. I agree with you. Suho is a very polite person and he loves dad jokes just like BTS's Jin who's known for his dad jokes and puns. Suho is lenient towards his members and he dosen't seem to mind a bit of teasing. They're good friends as well as colleagues. And if this makes you feel any better; I made a lot of typos before posting my previous comments and I had to edit them a lot because of the stupid typos I made. My keyboard is a mess. There's a strange glitch and I still have to take it to the technician to get it fixed ; It's really embarrassing when that happens and auto change dosen't help me either lol. See how I wrote 'esklangangue' instead of language; I didn't realise my phone glitched. It's so embarrassing. So I apologise if I confused you. I genuinely feel bad because I'm aware that English isn't your first language and I probably made it harder for you to understand what I was trying to get at. Sorry :)

양세형이 얘기했던거 봤음. 다른 멤버들은 리더에게 와서 고민상담도 하고 힘든 부분을 얘기 하곤 하는데 리더가 멤버들처럼 똑같이 힘든걸 얘기하게 되면 그 팀은 무너진다고.. 그래서 그 힘든걸 혼자 삭히던지 아니면 다른 선배에게 조언을 구하던지 한다고.. 그 얘기 듣고 아이돌 리더들을 좀 더 다르게 보게 됐음...

솔직히 RM이 리더 된 게 한 수 위의 선택이네... 만약 진이 했었으면 진심 힘들거나 그럴 때 편하게 털어놓을 때 가 동생들이라서 살짝 머뭇거릴 수 밖에 없는데, RM이 리더면 아무래도 짬도 있고... 나이대가 딱 중간이고, 위에 형들 있어서 힘들 때 형들한테 기대면 발랜스가 딱 맞음

rm은 형라인 중에서도 막내….그리고 책임감 때문에 평소엔 무게감 있지만 본인 그대로의 모습일땐 자연을 사랑하고 음악 사랑하는 순수청년 느낌 자유로운걸 정말 좋아하는것같음 형들이랑 있을때도 그렇고 동갑인 제이홉이랑 있어도 동생같음 되게

수호는 진짜 진국이다 7년이라는 연습생활을 견디고 데뷔를 하고 오직 데뷔가 목표였던 아이가 데뷔가 끝이 아니라는걸 느꼈을때, 누구보다도 힘들었을 텐데 자기보다 멤버들 다독여 주면서 리더로서의 책임감을 짊어지고...스스로 얼마나 속이 힘들었을지 상상할 수도 없다진짜 데뷔하고 인기를 얻고도 정말 초심잃지 않을려고 노력하는게 다 보이고 예의도 정말 발라서 엑소 멤버들도 이렇게 다 예의바르고 한 것 같다 자신의 이름이 엑소를 수호하기 위해서라고 하는것도 대단하고 엑소와 엑소엘의 기둥이 되어줘서 정말정말 고마울 따름

개인적으로 엑소를 잘 아는것도, 팬도 아니지만 그런 제가 이 영상만 봐도 수호님은 뭔가 진정성 있어 보이네요. 연예인들 연차가 쌓이거나 최고의 자리에 한번 앉아본 이후로 흐트러지는 모습 많이 보이던데 수호님은 말투에서부터 진중한 모습이 많이 보여서 놀랐어요. 엑소 그 많은 인원 컨트롤 하는것도 쉽지 않을텐데 여러모로 대단합니다!

When RM mentioned the leader carries the burden of apologizing... and then Suho kinda laughed, I remembered that time he stood alone onstage and accepted the award for Overdose on mcountdown. Then he alone performed the encore. That was the time Kris left/filed lawsuit. Exo and Exo-l are super strong considering the things we went through.

If I remember correctly, they performed Overdose that evening so all of them were present but they might've been too sad / Junmyeon might've not wanted to pressure them more / or any other reason actually. It's honestly just heartbreaking to watch because he's smiling for the fans but you could see his worries.

Suho has a persona which attracts people and conveys that he is such an intellect, calm and soft spoken. He is so good there. Choosing his words wisely..looking like himself. He sounds intelligent and mature. Also He is savage in a healthy way. He does not degrade others but uses harmless jokes and puns. He is the definition of Gentleman. Love ya leader...keep inspiring us with your actions.

7년의 연습기간을 거쳐서 7년의 연예계 생활을 겪어온 김준면은 진짜 대단하고 존경스러운 사람... 7년동안 항상 초심처럼 감사해하고 열심히하는 모습 볼 때 마다 정말 감동받았어ㅠㅠ 멤버들을 앞에서 끌어주는게 아니라 같이 갈 수 있도록 모아주는게 리더라고 생각한다는 말처럼 9명이나 되는 멤버를 잘 모아주어서 정말 고마울뿐이다ㅠㅠ 김준면 사랑해♥♥♥

김준면 찐리더 진짜 구호도 자신이 만들고 예명도 그룹을 위한 거 솔로노래도 구호 멤버들이 예능에서 몰아가도 웃어주고 하지만 멤버들도 인정하는 멋진 리더 막 이끌고 그런것보다 옆에서 묵묵히 같이 걸어줘서 더 힘이 되는 스타일... 갠적인거 힘든거 다 들어주고 속깊고 현명하고... 진짜 수평적 중립적이고. 엑소는 개개인 개성이 되게 강한 편인데 그럼에도 이케 정상을 유지하는게 수호가 정말 큰 몫을 하고 있는 것 같음

진짜 RM은 사람이 말도 안되게 생각이 깊고 볼때마다 지적 수준이 한 단계씩 높아져있음 저때는 그냥 머리 좋고 판단력 좋은 꽤 좋은 리더 정도였는데 계속 책읽고 스스로 공부하고 그래서인지 지금 보면 솔직히 연예계에 RM보다 잘난 리더가 없을뿐더러 RM만큼 철학적이고 고상한(?) 연예인 자체도 찾기 힘듦 오버하는게 아니라 진짜 지적 수준 높고 말 한마디 한마디마다 철학적이고 속깊은게 느껴짐 UN연설도 그렇고 유튜브에 RM명언 이런거 치면 콘서트 엔딩때나 인터뷰같은데서 했던 말들 나오는데 저거 모아놓으면 ㄹㅇ 철학 책 한 권 뚝딱이다 그냥 똑똑하다 머리좋다 수준이 아니라 진짜 말하는걸 들어보면 이게 가수 머릿속에서 나올 의견과 생각들이냐라는 생각밖에 안듦

이거 진짜에요 사람이 알면 알수록 묵직하면서도 굉장히 꽉 차있다는 생각이 들더라고요 진짜 남준이를 보면서 사람이 왜 공부를 해야 하고 책을 읽고 지성을 겸비해야 하는지 알게 됐어요 생각할수록 대단하다는 생각이 들고 허접한 글 책 몇줄 읽는것보다 남준이가 들려주는 노래나 어록 같은걸 보는게 더 인생에 도움이 되겠다는 생각이 들 정도로 큰 인물인거 같아요

남준이는 방탄에 소설수범하는 리더죠 할수있는 일을 찾아서 먼저 하는 스타일이랄까 멤버들 작사 작곡한것도 모니터링 해주고 멤버들 자존감 높이는 일은 남준이가또 잘함 부족한게 있어도 칭찬부터 하고 긍정적이고요 대단한 리더 그래서 형들도 남준이가 최고 리더라고 하잖아요 다이유가 있어요

UN연설때도 그렇고 RM님은 생각이 깊고 말을 설득력 있게 잘 말하심...각종 해외인터뷰를 할때 통역사 없이 혼자서 해석해서 혼자서 영어로 질문받으시는거 보면 리더로써의 많은 책임감이 느껴지더라...질문 내용이나 답변내용 자체가 어려운 영어단어, 영어문장들이여서 해석을 잘못하시는 경우가 생길수도 있는데 7명의 멤버중 영어질문을 해석하고, 답변할수 있는 사람은 방탄의 리더인 자신뿐이고 빌보드, 그래미 등 많은사람들이 보는 인터뷰인만큼 방탄을 대표하는 리더로써 실수하면 안된다는 책임감이 더 들꺼아냐...그래서 각종 영어인터뷰에서 실수하신적이 한번도 없으시고...그런거보면 참 RM님이 대단하심...

리더라는 무게가 많이 무거웠을 텐데 저 때는 망하면, 아무도 안들어주면 어떡하지? 하는 질문이 뇌리를 때렸을 텐데 이때까지 수많은 기록을 세우면서 여전히 그 무게를 짊어지고 있어줘서 고마워 겨우 스물의 나이에 한 팀을 이끌어나간다는 게 쉽지 않았을 텐데 어느덧 스물일곱이 되어 노련하게 팀을 이끄는 게 참 고맙기도 신기하기도 해 RM 사랑한다 힘내자!!

구성원들의 기본적인 장점과 의도를 잘 파악해서 소통하는 태도를 언행에 정말 잘 드러난다. 실수도 격려하고 장점으로 보는 관점은 그가 얼마나 긍정적으로 사람을 대하는지 잘 보여준다.그리고 놓칠 수 있는 조그만 배려도 특별하게 칭찬하는 감성은 남준의 특별한 능력이죠ㅜㅜ
