[Spaghetti Meatballs]

400g beef minced meat, 400g pork minced meat, 100g breadcrumbs or tempura flour
2 onions (360 g)
3 pinches of flavored salt (1g), black pepper, 2 TS (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese, 1.5 TS (25 g) minced garlic
2 pinches cumin (0.6g), 4TS ketchup (60g), (filling) pizza cheese

Total dough 1230g
(Sesame Leaf Meatballs) 410g meat base with 8 sesame leaves
(Jalapeno Meatballs) 410g meat base, 3 jalapenos or cheongyang peppers
[Meatball Recipe]
1. Finely chop the onion and fry it separately in a pan with oil to cool
2. Sauté the garlic a little and let it cool
Point a little oil around it
3. Drain the blood from the meat, put it in a bowl, add 3 pinches of salt, pepper, 2 TS (30g) of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 pinches of cumin, 4TS (60g) of ketchup, and mix
4. Add the cooled onion and the garlic drained from the oil, and also add the breadcrumbs and knead
5. Divide the finished dough into 3 equal parts and divide each into bowls
6. Add 8 chopped sesame leaves, 3 chopped cheongyang peppers and add the ingredients and mix once more
7. If you put 4g of pizza cheese inside, make a round shape with 35g of dough and 40g if you don't add the filling
8. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
