So I'm not the only who still gets called "baby" by my parents and call them as "mama" and "papa" despite of being an adult already

I understand his frustration because its very hard for parents to understand that they should disassociate themselves from their children when they're streaming as a Vtuber and under no circumstances should they reveal their children's name, identity and all of that to prevent doxxing (which is a tough one cus parents usually get their children's attention by calling out their name) BUT a lot of parents don't give a damn, don't take it seriously or they're just VERY careless and that pressures the streamer to constantly have to "shush" them. That's why it's always more convenient for a Vtuber to move out and stream from a quiet place with less people.

I think it's common for a lot of mothers in America to call their children "baby" even if they're adults. Even older ladies that don't know you will call you "baby" just to be nice. Even the security guard at my job calls all the ladies "darling" but I know in japan you only say that to your significant other. It still amazes me that kissing your family members on the cheek or hugging them is normal here but not so much over there.
