I’ve seen him in a drama where he the son in a strange relationship his mother left when he was very small then his aunt raised him. Then his aunt married the kids father which he wasn’t aware he had a child. Then his mother comes back for revenge against child’s dad and grandmother. Anyway he was brilliant in that role as a young child then as a young teen. He rebelled he cried matured. So I love watching him in any drama he does. FL is not a bad actress but i find her character too youngish even tho she’s 21 here .. and now and again she seems a bit childish with her talking and behaviour..why would you actually run a few steps just to catch up to him ..she took a way too long time to look at him after the kiss .. and ML is very shy but still managed a kiss .. it’s a very pleasant drama but very very slow going with everything..

@@BeQi_Wisdom_flow soothing yes but enough to send me to sleep .. because i’ve just finished watching Love Like The Galaxy for the second time.. and now watching an older drama Nirvana in Fire i’m certainly not use to such a slow pace . it’s good to see Leo Wu in a modern drama .. but it’s so dam slow .. he does look like a very laid back actor tho .. which is cool ..

that's how most chinese dramas are 😭 so cringe, childish and dramatic, but still fun and entertaining and obsessive to watch lol. they are just very unrealistic or it could be that this is how chinese people in love act !
