This is created by Lee Asher. And his original touch and display is not exactly same and different from mine. For his performance, click the link below. x.gd/6zouC
When I was a much younger man, I came up with a similar effect using a false count. I thought it was the coolest thing. Then I came across the Asher Twist. His effect was so much cleaner and easier. I never performed my version again.
Damn usually I kinda see what is going on during card magic performance but this ''simple'' card trick I wasn't able to figure it how it was done so great work and thanks a lot for the detailed explanation!

that is class !!! even in slow motion your moves are so good and precice. great angle, can it be performed with audience around you??? like three card monte? i udnerstand crowd control but this looks like 1 to 1 trick, you even moved to the side and turned for the last part, thats why im asking.

Thanks bro! This is best for 1on1 situation ,but I have no problem with like three people being lineup in front of me. Over three people, I step back a little bit from them, thereby I can make the viewing angle narrower. (Hope this is clear!)Then I can perform like I do in front of three.

I show from the side in the performance in this video. The reason why it’s covered well even from that angle is that i title the cards slightly to your face. (Camera) That’s the method I implement in classic pass.

@@wade2351 thanks a lot for reply, i'm a huge fan, but what about that "clicking" sound? every time i try i can hear that bottom card "click" . I can do it without that sound, but for that i need to open my hand a lot, which means the move is more visible? how do you handle that part?
Hi Wade-san, My name is Lee Asher, and I'm writing you as the person who invented the Asher Twist. I'm not sure if you're aware that your youtube exposure video comes up when people click through from my sales page or while viewing the video of the Asher Twist. The problem with this is that it has the potential to (and probably already has) hurt my sales. I'm not threatening to sue you or anything like that. I'm sure that wasn't your intention to create your video, but the way youtube is set up is what happens. Your video ends up damaging my business. It's a shame if someone doesn't buy my product due to your video and also because if you've seen my video, there is much more info on it, and your performance isn't exactly correct. Here's the thing... I'm not against magic exposure, even of my creations. But when something ends up laid out like this, where it could turn the minds of thousands of potential customers away from a good product, I can't just let it slide. I hope you can work with me and consider my point of view here. These types of videos are exciting, but there's the potential to hurt someone's sales. People like me feed my family by selling these silly tricks, and I need to sell all I can. Maybe this message will fall on deaf ears? But, in any case, I wish you well and hope you consider my point of view. Speak soon, Wade-san. Cheers, Lee Asher

Hello, Mr. Asher. I’m sorry it offended you. Here’s how I have been thinking. It’s been always a dilemma. Should this be slightly modified? Or should I stick to the original. Choosing the latter, duplicating method 100% may let people shy away from potential purchase or let down people who already purchased it because it’s explained exactly same. If it’s tweaked, looking a bit different, people would think this is this and that is that even though the trick has the same name. That’s why I perform different. However it’s not always true. As you say, people could believe “oh this is ‘Lee Asher’s’ Asher twist” That’s misleading and it should be avoided. So I tried my best and clarified that this is my touch. But now that I get to know your point of view, I will rethink how it should be presented. In the first place I noticed there’s no clarification in the English bio so fix it right away. Thank you for your contact and tell me your thoughts. It’s very meaningful and It helps improve the content. Thank you. Best, Wade-

@@wade2351 since you asked, I prefer you remove it. You're taking food from my family. I hope you can appreciate my stance. Thank you.

@wade - You're still using my name and ideas to further your own video for likes and clicks. It seems like you've given up on respecting my point of view.
