Two thousand years of enduring love and obsession between the female monarch of Qing Qiu and the ancient god of the Heavenly Kingdom.
When Feng Jiu was practicing immortal cultivation alone in the wilderness, she was attacked by a beast and rescued by Dong Hua Di Jun of the Heavenly Kingdom. The encounter becomes deeply ingrained in Feng Jiu's heart and to repay her debts, she decides to follow Dong Hua into battle. She soon realizes that her good feelings towards him have evolved into love, but Dong Hua is a god who has forgotten what love means.
In order to protect Feng Jiu, Dong Hua sends her to the human realm which results in the death of a friend. Feng Jiu enters the Winged Tribe Princess Ah Lan Ruo's dream sequence in search of a sacred fruit that can bring the dead back to life but gets trapped to relive Ah Lan Ruo's life for eternity. Dong Hua finds a way to save Feng Jiu and realizes that he already reciprocates her love for him, but another hurdle crosses their path.

Yes such powerful enigmatic venerated Deity DongHua can uttered "I love you" in the end. Such long n hard tribulations that DongHua n Fengjiu had to go through to finally said "I love you" to eachother really paid the ultimate price. This little fox Xiao Bai never ending love for DongHua finally reversed n change their destiny.. indeed such a good lessons to learn in life.. Kudos n Salute 🙏💜

I watched it over 5x episode1 till the end.But every time i watched the episode in Dream of Aranya when Fengjiu told Dong Hua that she felt like being Aranya & she don't want to go out on that dream, and this last episode I couldn't stop my tears from falling😭😭😭.So touching scene. I hope there will be another episode/part 2 on their love story.

The scenes in the book were better in finale. The script ruined the final episode starting from where they sat down like a peaceful meeting talking about how Dong Hua suffered during 200 years. Actually in the book, Cong Lin was really angry at Feng Jiu and Ye Qing Ti becuz Dong Hua told Ye Qing Ti not to meet with Feng Jiu as long as he’s being a god. That much Dong Hua was jealous and loved too much. Cong Lin’s blaming scene would have hit the climax. But they made him so like feeling nothing and talk. The other people are like extras except Ye Qing Ti and Xie Gu Cho. They were just sitting and listening like a story. That’s unnecessary and made the scene look bad. Feng Jiu wasn’t crying so softly when she heard Dong Hua was about to die soon. She went insane with tears and ran to the ward. She was the first one to arrive, not the last one like in the movie. The others followed her to stop her, not like enjoying the scene like a MMA match. Dong Hua also didn’t do dead face when Feng Jiu was hurt. He killed Miao Lou after she hurt Feng Jiu. Then he sealed the half side of the ward with Cang He by growing it into a big sword becuz the toxics of Miao Yi Realm were about to be spreading the whole ward. He ran to her and scolded her in his arms for coming into the ward becuz he was like lost his mind being so scared of nearly losing her. Feng Jiu couldn’t talk so long and so peacefully like that too. They don’t pass out and wake up again like weird. They hugged each other and waited to die together. Then Mo Yuan, Ye Hua and Bai Chan came to open the ward and Mo Yuan sealed the Miao Yi Realm with Kun Lun Mountain. But it was better to twist the plot that the battle place was different and their bloods cleaned the toxic. That was nice. However, why did they have to make them pass out and wake up again like weirdly? That was ridiculous. Actors and Actresses are so good. But the instructions from the director was so bad for the last climax scenes. We know how Wei Guan and Reba can act so perfectly. It was the script of finale. The series was continuously good (even though they made the script to be boring about Aranya Dream) since the first episode. Why did he have to ruin the most climax scenes of the whole story? Also, should have added another one or two episodes to let Dong Hua builds the relationship with his son while waiting for Feng Jiu to wake up 😢. Should have let A Li and Gungun meet in one scene. Obviously, Ten miles had the better complete scripts. It was a shame this series didn’t finish perfectly like Ten miles despite Feng Jiu and Dong Hua has the better story line. 😪

Yes so true ,why the script ,the writers ,the directors not intended to tell the whome story ,deleted so many good scene i likexand love the story but lots of cut scene so sad in the book is different from the movie,why did not give the audience ,the readers or the people watching with truth and reality👌

Dreams & Teddy Bears You don’t need to copy. Plus, they already bought the book to film it. In fact, the actress who played Ji Heng, bought the book to film it with Kris Wu. But the audience and fans rejected becuz they hated her. She had to sell the book when the production bought from her back and asked to play a role in it. Why would you copy? There’re a lot of ways to show the climax. By the way, they already filmed the entire exact scenes from the book. The only purpose they left out some parts and twisted the scenes was that they didn’t want to hire more actors to play cameo. Yang Mi got cameo becuz she’s the boss of Wei Guan and Reba. Why did they have to make Dong Hua and Feng Jiu wake up again after they passed out and make them pass out again? That’s just so ridiculous. They can fill the episodes that Dong Hua gets close with his son. That doesn’t contain in the book. They can fill in. Why didn’t they do that? The reason might be low budget. The script was just trash for the finale and ruined the series at the last minute.

YES. Although I did not read the BOOK I did Discern there was major voids. After FJ went to the mortal realm to have Gun Gun. Unfortunately Yan never got to her in time forgot to pass on DJ message to her..where he was and to wait. I often wonder her father had a lot to do with her miss trust her fear of The Demon princess. I upsolutly despise I guess to give audience belief she was permanently out of the picture. Rejected realized Yan was her best match. I still hurt missing the gaps were much would have completed the story..

exactly what i think. i dont read the book, so i dont care whether the story line should exactly the same or not. but, in few episodes, especially final episode, there are many plots look weird😭 i really love the drama as i love all the cast. but there are some parts that dissapointed me😭

yes 4 episodes were cutted down from the original 60 ep. I also wonder why they didnt show how DIjun in those 200 long yrs of sorrow without Fengjiu, not a single scenes shows that left us wondering like something is missing, they didnt even show us how Dijun was looking for Fengjiu all that time..so many things left out for the audiences to get confused..but they still let us see the scenes of unimportnat Jiheng useless monologue for 5 min (happy ending??) with Yan Chiwu in the last episode, what is so important about this Jiheng as a 2nd line antagonist?? This doesnt make sense at all and not even written in the novel, her screen time take up too much time..ahhh...What we are looking for is more screen time of the Protagonists ( Dijun Fenhgjiu and Bai Gun Gun) together
