This is not the worst :) As we know, Japanese 'r' is somewhere between 'l' and 'r' and Japanese people just cannot distinguish them for language development reasons. sooooooooo if they throw a tongue twister that uses like 里(li) and 日(ri), it is just impossible for anyone whose 1st language is Japanese to read it correctly ...... now I just realized that it is kinda sad they cannot read "Japan" in Chinese 😕 日本 (ri ben) Since the 'ri' sound is just very weird for Japanese speakers
