Rose syrup (along side with coco-pandan) is really popular in Indonesia. We use it in many different drinks and desserts. One of the most favorite is Soda Gembira (lit. mean Happy Soda). Put 1:1 ratio of rose syrup with sweetened condensed milk, and then pour in soda water. And just mix it, and it's done.
