They have very good cp both on and off screen. Zhang Ruo Nan has a very unique classic beauty look of the Republican era, with soft elegance and Hu Ti Tian is also very good looking and looks smart and handsome in uniform too. Both acted very well, very natural especially Hu yi Tian ‘s facial expressions in this brilliant drama . Would love very much to see these two together in another drama again. They are truly a perfect match ! Defying the Storm has many heart stopping moments throughout , romance and is educational to the current generation to know of what their fore fathers had to go thru and sacrificed to preserve the original culture of China and to protect the sovereignty of their country. . Great values on the importance of having and maintaining good integrity and work ethics and patriotism were imparted too. 👍👍👍 Excellent cast and very very good and meaningful drama!
