【Synopsis】The story tells the legend of the QingLuan mirror and Lican sword, which is said to be able to reunite the country when possessed by the owner. These items were once formerly owned by the Dragon Sect and are now lost. Before the demise of the Dragon Sect leader, the information regarding the location of these heirlooms, is handed down to the only remaining maiden: Yuan Qiao Suo. She is told by her master that she is not to give away the location to anyone as it could end up in the wrong hands and bring about chaos.
Upon the death of her master, she goes in search of the lost mirror and sword, under the disguise of the high official from Northern Zhou Court Si Kong's wife's niece. During her journey, she comes across the Prince Gao Chang Gong (a.k.a Prince of Orchid Hills) and Yu Wen Yong. Her romance blooms with both and she must choose who to help and who to love.

I get it now Qingsuo is jealous, she wants to be the only woman in the house and in Yong's heart. I honestly don't blame her. I would feel the same way. Also her heart is restless cause of Changgone.

Wow... It is so hard to decide who loves you and who just acts, Yuan Qingsuo? Should you go home to the one you love or should you stay with Emperor Yuwen Yong? I think Yuan Qingsuo should go back to the one she truly loves because Emperor Yuwen Yong would have a harem of women. She would be just one of his many wives only. He is playing on her because she is hard to get to fall for his trap.

This is not true because the prince of Lan Ling will also have to take concubines. In imperial China, having several wives was an almost mandatory status for princes and men of royal blood. In both cases, Qingsuo would be the favorite in a polygamist union.

So ridiculous the the Turks, could threaten with an Army, if Zhou dudn't comply, so the Officials bow down in fear. Why did he not chalkenge that point? Tbh not as though this series is Historical, so dispense with the Hareem amount, there's too much licence here to take any of it seriously. None of the men seem genuine, but she has varged ahead making her own decisions, she admitted childishly, not consudering the consequences. Think the dancing lady has more bearing & clear common sense 😂😂😂 But the killings of the Emporer, the State Minister, were a bit slapdash, clumsy. I do quite like the lead actor & actress, despite so many dissapointments innthis production. The flute music too, heard so many times before, including in Eternal Love!!! I do love Chinese Orchestral Performances though, so Professional!

Agree that's what I found confounding, only statements, no counter opinion to clarify Political points. It's as though the Scriptwriter had amnesia, or was told to leave out clarifying for bigoted Ministers, the cleater picture. They were so busy on their knees, didn't use brains lol 😂😂😂😂
