Protective friends like Kot are rare to find who would tell off your bf when he's wrong i appreciate him for standing up for Zo even though Joke meant well when he offered Zo food but forcing him to eat what he doesn't like wasn't right.

I like how lately the scripts from GMM normalize healthy communication with their partners and how the issues from boring troupes got interesting again. Like how Zo just step aside to speak with Joke for his behavior with the food. Simple but with impact at the sametime.

I loved the way Nita became so scared when she found sticky notes in her car sent by someone she doesn't know. This shows that people are being aware of being stalked by strangers instead of the past dramas you would find a female character becomes excited and thinks she has a secret admirer even if the notes were sent by someone they do not know.

i’m with kot on this one. it was wrong of joke to try and force zo to eat the food. just because you mean well, doesn’t mean it should be done especially if you know that they don’t like it. joke was wrong to buy the food in the first place, to force zo to eat it, then to lose his cool when zo said he won’t eat it. protect kot at all costs 🥹 friends like him are a treasure ❤

3:10. This part is so intense. Kot really took it seriously when Joke and Zo was talking about the food. But I kinda agree with Kot about forcing Zo to eat something new. Joke already knows that Zo didn’t like it and he meant well. However, it’s all about boundaries but Joke crosses the line this time.

Joke crossed the line? Zo could have just tried the food first, and if he did not like it, he could then buy something else to eat, Joke will also be informed that Zo does not want the food. However, Zo did not even try the food...

Nita Closing her car door and acting differently in front of Zo is just amazing... because she doesn't want to look weak or feel embarrassed of the situation instead tries to look strong and fine... and joke being a good friend tires to move the direction of Zo from the hug to something else... giving Nita more strength.. Please if you are being stalked ..tell family and friends and call on your police to help...none should ever go through this...❤❤❤

Possesive Joke can be frightening in some ways but i adore the action of protective Kot towards Zo as sometimes we can see Zo can be a bit naive and soft-hearted. I just loved how Joke,Zo,Patt and Kot immersed in the characters. Bravo🎉

Zo explaining to joke that *just because YOU know or want the best for me doesn't mean I WILL feel or think THAT this is the best for me" This is what so many viewrs of "step by step" failed to understand. I really wanted to convey this mssg to them that even tho someone does something with good intention for you doesn't always mean it will be good for you.

I agreed until the step by step comment. Blocking your man for 2years like a spoiled brat and still expecting him to do the first step after being rude and disrespectful on several occasions is a bit much. Step by step need a second season with a character development. I didn't even particulary like Jeng (I'm a second couple fan lol) but I fell bad for him

What I mentioned and wrote about is jeng's way of thinking that what he is doing its good for pat, THAT was wrong and majority of the viewers supported that and hated on pat for not understanding.

I understand why Pat was mad and he has every right to feel how he felt, for me it's the reaction after that. I think because Jeng was presented as the mature one and Pat as a brat it didn't help the viewer feeling empathy. Here Zo and Joke are good at communicating and understand their own feelings, even though he is insecure Zo still can carry himself in a mature and efficient way, which is a clear difference with Pat character

here we had a moment between Joke, Zo and their friends at the table, when Joke insists that Zo eat what he brought him, Kot automatically gets irritated with this and scolds Joke, of course he tries to explain that he never forces his friend to do it something he doesn't want, Zo immediately ends the discussion and talks to Joke, he tries to calm Joke's spirits, and explains to him to be more calm and patient, basically he needs to relax and shouldn't get stressed and create an argument with Kot, thank goodness everything is back to normal, then we have some discussions about the debate club, and at that moment there is a lot of interaction between Joke and Zo, the leader scolds Joke, lol, then Nita calls Joke to help her, a stalker is bothering her, and yes Joke gives her all her support to her friend, Zo sees the scene and gets jealous, Joke of course, lol after Nita leaves, they talk, Joke notices Zo's annoyance, he explains everything, and says that a stalker is chasing Nite and that at that moment he pretended to be her boyfriend, to help her with this problem, it was even at that moment that there were rumors of the two being a couple, even Zo thought that, Joke realizes that Zo cannot expose his feelings clearly, and asked him to analyze all of this more calmly, and of course he takes advantage and says that he is sincere about his feelings for Zo, but he was jealous, yes, kkkk, that's it ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😙😙🔥🔥

I know Joke means well, but the atmosphere was uncomfortable while Zo was not in the mood of eating the food he doesn’t really like and I get Kot because I hate it when people do that to me, since I’m not such a good eater and I love that Zo can understand him, but he also stands his ground, tells him how he feels and really, communicating is the key to a great relationship. I loved this dynamic between them, it’s a way to know each other better 💕 “You can do whatever you want, but respect boundaries” preach 🙌

Yo no se ustedes,pero a mi me encanto que Kot le haya dicho a Joke que no estuviera obligando a Zo a hacer nada que no le guste,siendo que ellos que han sido amigos desde hace mucho,nunca lo han hecho. Joke la vdd si se vio algo mal en esa parte,si a Zo no le gusstq,pues no le gusta y ya,no tiene prque obligarlo. Bien por Kot,le doy 5 🌟 por ser buen amigo.❤❤

This series is pretty fresh and sweet compared to many Thai series. Establishing boundaries, proper communication, time to sort feelings out without force or bias... This has it all. Love it 💚💚

Understandable Zo got jealous when he still didn't know what actually happened and just saw Joke hugged Nita at the parking area,, out of nowhere. But look how happy and proud Zo was after,,, for the part that Joke saving Nita's life and keeping an eye for her safety 😚😚😚

I really wish they spent more time fleshing out the side characters's background a little more. Kot suddenly being angry at Joke is justified, but it still feels out of the blue because we were never hinted that his character was like that. Nita suddenly being stalked was also very random because we literally know little about her character and what's going on with her except for the fact that Zo had a crush on her, she's a well-performing debate club member, and she was Joke's supposed "ex-girlfriend".

I thought I was the only one that thought this. Though Kot was right, I can’t remember Kot ever having a problem with Joke before. Not only that but Joke being forceful was kinda of weird too since he told Zo to take his time and sort out his feelings. I really thought I missed something.

@@krazykay17 Right? I also thought it was kind of off when Joke was suddenly being aggressive during lunch. He was portrayed as cool and conserved for half a series, oftentimes even being chill especially when around Zo, then he's suddenly starting fights and demanding around Zo and his friends. The scene beforehand was all fluffy and heart-warming, but then all of a sudden they start doing some random red flags that were kind of out of character.

@@ralphaustinfernandez9851 First of all, Joke didn’t start that fight. The person who was aggressive was Kot. Let’s be clear on that. However, the pushy Joke we saw in that scene was definitely out of the blue…. and the scene was very odd to me.

Wow the cat is out of the bag... Joke and Nita was just a cover up and everyone fell for it. It's quite funny when you think about how Zo approached Joke to win over Nita but they were never together 😆 I also like seeing Zo getting jealous! I'm glad Joke didn't take advantage of it and told Zo the truth 😄👍

No means no in any situation, so I love Kot defending and standing up for Zo. I’m with him on this ❤️ Zo clearly stated he didn’t like the food since he tried it before, and while Joke meant well, him being aggressive with his words of him waiting in line too long and don’t waste the food is a no go 💯 Like don’t manipulate him like that and learn to respect his boundaries! It doesn’t matter if he knows you like him, he don’t got to take shit from you. You had no right to talk to him like that, and I’m glad Kot told Zo that he shouldn’t have to let Joke boss him around. The fact Kot also told him that he never treated him like this proves he’s a good friend ❤️ Not that Pat he is a good friend, but he did look uncomfortable with how Joke was speaking to Zo but he didn’t say anything. Kot was the one who decided to speak up. I feel like I would be Kot in this situation as well 💯 in any relationship or friendship, RESPECT BOUNDARIES‼️

I get this feeling that being opinionated is kinda Joke's character, but hopefully he'll be able to see that it sometimes borders on the territory of forcing your opinion on others. Zo was absolutely right, people in every relationship need space. Or it'll slowly corrode the relationship from the inside out.

Dude???? The conversation Zo had with Joke was so good! It made me a little emotional cause it was just such an important thing to discuss and it was really nice to see it done so candidly. I really love how much the stress the importance of communication, and also Zo saying that he knows Joke needs time because he's not in a good mood in that moment. I also think its important that Joke was saying he wants what's best for Zo, but Zo is also an adult and what Joke thinks is best for him might not necessarily be true. It's something I've had to learn and still am learning, that there are many different ways people do things and just because it's different doesn't mean its wrong. Also I do appreciate that Zo's friend was standing up for him and saying that he doesn't want Joke to force Zo to do things. And thag Zo talked them both down. Idk, that whole scene was just really well done!

honestly i love the communication in this series so far. as someone who struggles with food, sometimes i’m okay to try new things, but most of the time i just need something safe i know i’ll like. kot was good to step in but kot and joke both escalated the situation. zo taking joke aside to talk it out was healthy. “i know you’re upset and not ready to listen” normalize taking some time to breathe before acting or responding. i really hope they continue this theme of communication and don’t just pull the miscommunication trope out of nowhere.

Gostei tanto que eles esclareceram as coisas quanto tiveram problema. Eu entendi o Kot ficar irritado, ele nao quer o amigo em um relacionamento abusivo. Também achei lindo o Joke ter se passado pelo namorado da Nita para proteger ela, mesmo que isso acabasse estragando as chances dele com o Zo. Ela priorizou a segurança dela. E ele não escondeu o porque estava abraçando ela , ele foi sincero com o Zo.

Yeah, I thought that this scene seems a little out of character for Joke. It’s interesting that it’s showing us that he can become rather vulnerable & possessive when things don’t go the way he wants with Zo. Some times in life you have to meet people who have a different perspective than you about the same topic to understand where others might come from. Zo needs to sort out his feelings for both people. Joke will always be that person who will do anything to protect and take care of the people he cares for most, be it Nita or Zo.
