I think the main reason these groups are comfortable interacting with eachother cuz 1. They are adults! Finally groups where members are above 20! 2. Another factor is that they don't get as scrutinized for their actions as much as the BIG4 companies, so they can kinda chill... 3.A major reason they are so open is cuz they are people with nationalities which way less toxic compared to Korea. So they are naturally in an comfortable environment and they look at each other as collegues and other fellow artists rather than focusing on their gender.
