Run Yu should have learnt from Kuang Lu*. She loved him with her all but was still willing to stay by him for the rest of her life, even if it meant seeing him with another woman. She was sincere in her love, never tried to hurt Jin Mi or sabotage their relationship. This is how love should be not this twisted love you all think is 'pure' by Run Yu. It's obsession and possessiveness he feels for Jin Mi.

Anw, I watched her on Noble Aspirations , I found her character boring and stiff. She only smile once the whole 2 seasons 😂 In Ode to Joy, her character always cried. 😂 I found her very different here. She portrayed her character well. As for Deng Lun, well, he's always my bias. ❤ An english comment passing by...

The monologue and acting chemistry between these two (at 25:00) makes this my favorite scene in the 63 episodes. Yang Zi’s acting was top marks, truly mature and stunning. I cried and felt 20+ emotions.

I keep reading about how RunYu is so pitiable because his childhood was so tragic. But how is that an excuse? Sure, he's a monster made and not born, but look at him. He's no better than TuYao in all his schemes and thin reasoning. Imagine if we all walked around acting in vengeance for everything done to us. Runyu is so obsessed with possessing Jin Mi like an object that he can't see her as a real person with the desire to self-actualize. Almost everyone in this drama has been robbed of some great dream, but did they plot against their own blood and friends that actually loved them? He suffered injustice? So what? He can damn his brother and lock another woman in an empty marriage until the light goes out of her eyes Runyu wanted "love" so bad that he forgot about self-respect and respect for others. I guess he's the emperor, so he doesn't have to answer to anyone. Still, I'd be embarrassed to be this conniving over someone that doesn't want me, and that goes for him, TuYao, Tai Wei, and Sui He. Props to the writers and actors though for pulling off such a despicable character.

I'm very proud of Jin Mi saying all the truth to Run Yu about who he truly is. He never loved her he just wanted to satisfy his envy of having person that cares for him by his side although Kuang Lu did it but he never saw her as a person you can fall in love with.

润玉脖子上全是汗。。。真辛苦他们能在高温的棚里面，演完这么一部深情的对话，寒心的一桥段。可拍摄时候热的很啊。。。

回去看了水神认亲那集邝露和润玉的对话我才明白，润玉是为了锦觅才不惜得罪天后的，因为如果娶了水神之女会被天后忌惮，他本想平淡自由的度过此生的，但订下婚约后不得不与天后抗衡了，所以小葡萄说润玉为了权力联姻的真的是误会他了，他诱葡萄说出喜欢他的话是因为害怕失去她，他送魇兽是因为穷，没其他值钱东西可以送。他追求力量的初衷也是为了守护住心爱的东西，因为他没有显赫的背景，不是天之骄子，如果行事不迂回谨慎，一旦被天后抓到错处，都不知会死伤多少回。。再说再刚开始葡萄同意和小鱼仙倌的婚约时没喜欢任何人，天之骄子火神可没顾忌兄长，继续追求葡萄，也算是公平竞争了。如果不是某凤在下界抢跑了，葡萄喜欢上谁还很难说呢，就像先花神最总还是爱上了一直陪伴在身边的水神。爱是自私的，当润玉察觉到从下界归来锦觅的改变已经太迟了，他忍受不了就要失去她的心，估计他是在看到灵修的那个梦才恨透了旭凤决心杀他，毕竟弟弟对自己未婚妻出手，如何能忍。小说里凤凰的利用锦觅不懂情事，骗她灵修说是提高灵力，我觉得相比之下润玉对锦觅真的太君子了。如果一开始就无赖一点，媳妇在下界也不会被拐走。。。真的替小鱼仙倌委屈，为了救锦觅毫不犹豫消耗一半寿命，如果这都不算爱。

这一集润玉锦密演技炸裂啊，看个10遍都不为过。

I think I commented something similar because I come back to this drama every 6 months. Runaway as fast as you can if you ever meet someone with Runyu brand of "love." He's a classic Lifetime movie psycho stalker. Luo Yunxi played the character fabulously. He made me go from liking the character to making me want to tie Jinmi up and throw her into the mortal world to protect her, and in the end, I felt a little sympathy for the character.

I think in this drama everyone has a broken heart 💔💔💔

Jinmi was always the perfect pawn for Runyu, no wonder why he is so obsessed with her. She is the vessel that he used to successfully gain his power and position, and realize his ambitions. The Yun Elixir, her status as the only daughter of the flora immortal and water immortal, her close relationship to Xufeng; all of which made her a prime candidate for Runyu to target, manipulate and use to fulfill his goal. Of course he can't lose Jinmi, or else he will lose the support of the floral realm and water family. Both of which he worked so hard to gain to assist in his overthrow of the heavenly emperor and heavenly empress. Runyu is truly a mastermind at maintaining the facade of the wronged and lovesick victim.

Have watched this drama over and over again. I'd rather repeat an amazing drama than watching any 'garbage' dramas. Most loved artist: 1st: Run Yu (Luo Yun Xi) - now I know who he is. 2nd: Jin Mi - (Yang Zi) - Both artists are the characters they played. 3rd: Sui He. I'm surprised no one praised her. Yes, she is a villain - but her skills are just right - not over exaggerating. She is just as beautiful. I don't like Sui He in the story but this artist has done a great job

好像很多人都没捕捉细节，润玉一开始就喜欢锦觅就不纯：1别人都怕他嫌弃他的尾巴，锦觅是唯一一个不怕不嫌弃，这不是爱这是孤单 2.锦觅第一次见润玉就露真身，花神之美，当场就把润玉迷住了。 加上后面种种，包括对火神拥有的觊觎，对花界水神风后面的权力，润玉的爱一点都不纯粹，是死死的变态的占有。凤凰和锦觅一开始就是真爱，连陨丹也的束缚也能冲破，人家能双修那叫水到渠成。用父母婚约来捆住别人的真感情，不厚道。按约也应该是先水神风神的孩子，而不是水神花神的孩子。锦觅大彻大悟，把润玉的伎俩全扒出来了。爽！早该这样的觉悟就不会被骗了。润玉骨子里黑阴暗，所以大家都不喜欢他，抓到个锦觅就不放手了

Run yu's love is toxic and twisted. It is not love. He is obsessed with possessing her. He is a sad character because from the start, his birth mother taught him that love = painful rejection. Then he went to the heaven realm where he was abused, neglected, and warped by the Empress and her minions. He probably did fall for her since JinMi was the first woman to be kind to him but Run Yu allowed bitterness and jealousy to take over.

杨紫和罗云熙，演技和颜值都是在线的。对手戏真的非常精彩。全剧用原音也很赞，几位主演台词功力都不错。依赖配音的演员们，从基本功上，就比原音的同行差了一大截。真心希望他们今后继续带给我们这样的好作品。

小魚仙官：最可悲的是我為了與你共結連理的手段被看成了我利用你的手段，如今，我才發現，你這麼恨我。 你忘了，當初你送我紅線之時，只跟我說了⎡在下錦覓⎦，那時我便牢牢把你記在心上，後來才得知你是住在栖梧宮的。 我輸給旭鳳的從來不是對你的愛，而是輸在少了和你朝夕相處的機會與時間。 若能重來一遍，我定會在與你相識之後經常在你面前晃😂讓你先愛上我。 看了這麼多集，我一直都是心疼小魚仙官的，默默付出是只有在意你會主動留意你的人才會看到的，這種愛太傻了，以為總有一天她會知道你的好。其實是安慰自己的說法，她不喜歡你的話就不會主動留意你更不會發現你在背後付出多少。 若我在場的話就肯定每次在小魚仙官為錦覓付出之後馬上跑去跟她說讓她心疼去，不過要是有機會我一定會把小魚仙官藏起讓他只為我默默付出😤 我好像入戲太深😂😍

this is why i don't understand how some people would want jin mi to end up with run yu just because xu feng is a somewhat proud character who wanted to believe in his parents more than his older brother. like look at run yu, he's been manipulative since the beginning to get her and no matter how much he insists that he loves her (and though i know it's true), his love falls short of the intentions and the consequences behind his actions. sure, i'm all for him avenging his mother and making the heavenly emperor and the empress pay for causing him a tragic childhood/life but the moment he pulled jin mi in as a "player" of his game, i lost my respect for him.

后面这长达八分钟的对手戏真的是 太，太，太，太，太牛逼了！！！太牛逼了。太牛逼了。我的天 死死盯着屏幕 一秒都不舍得挪开眼睛。演的太好了！！

She already said everything, if u think run yu is still not to be blamed then ur just blinded by ur sympathy! He already manipulated her since the very beginning! Everything that happened was caused by run yu's manipulation but I know he loves jin mi deeply but still he used her, hurt her and manipulated her that's leads to the suffering of the three of them.

Sui Hue Isn't one of the characters that I really like, but I am always grateful for some things she does. Like wouldn't she have gone to Run Yu Jin Mi would never know. I am so grateful for his act to finally blow. I liked him very much at the beginning but now he is nothing more than a obsessed crazy person that like Jin Mi knows nothing about love but kills in the name of it. He doesn't realize that the problem is him feeling unwanted all his life. Now he is craving love from someone that indeed doesn't want him (this way, Jin Mi would have been a good friend to him). It's all psychology. Really sad. I feel so bad for Kuang Lu. She accepts him even with his evil parts because she understands him like no other. That's pure love... This drama is so tragic and beautiful at the same time.
