I love that the seiyuu are otaku for the show, the footage of them going to visit Drive in Tori they mentioned they were becoming otaku then too. anyway, I interpreted the Itou and Kiichi performing the Saga Jihen choreography scene as Yuugiri dreaming of the friends who were not too long ago, in her life but are all long dead.

I agree, I didn't expect all of the characters from the arc to show up during Yugiri's song and that really made me almost cry
