can I ask you something? we are always told that we shouldn't say Sayonara as a goodbye. Why does he use sayonara here?

@@Xia-hu Sure! Yes, we usually don’t say sayonara, especially for friends. But you should use for someone who you met for the first time. (You can’t say bye bye at this situation because it sounds too friendly) For another example, students says sayonara to teachers and it doesn’t sound wierd that celebrity use for their fans or things like that. Sayonara is kind of like polite and a little distant. But basically adults don’t have the opportunity to use sayonara, I guess...(unless you’re an celebrity hahaha) In that sense, I think children have more the opportunity. As I said before, I can imagine it being used for children when I think of adults saying it. That's all I can explain in English!
