我抑郁症时,家人们都只会说是我自己想太多,叫我不要想太多。最后我靠自己走出抑郁,方法就是断情断欲。只要我不用情,我就可以不去在乎任何人和事,只要我没有欲望,我就不会有要追求的东西,成败从此与我无关。是不再抑郁了,只是我变冷漠了。

我也是,人开始不用情,就不容易被伤害到。虽然对外人冷漠,但是我变得更加在乎自己了、更爱自己的感觉。

当发现自己mental有问题就要立刻解决,先看心理辅导员做评估,家人朋友不一定理解,寻找专业意见做治疗。 总而言之,爱自己、做自己喜欢开心的事,给时间调整自己、休息然后重新出发!

是的!当渴望,期待得不到时,通常会出现两个不良反应,1 报复伤人 ,2 抑郁伤己。3 接纳 无常或恶性变化 (要经过学习,练习)。

我发现通常患上忧郁症的患者都是生活水准高的的人身上,反而家庭经济状况差的比较少. 人生要有目标才不会那么容易想太多.

U know... sometimes people think depression is due to person etc. What they have encountered etc and their perspectives in life. There is one more aspect which is spiritual esp for those with sensitive body and easily may get disturbed. Maybe through wrong use of words/actions and get 'beo' by other entities in our environment. The person may be easily agitated etc and trying means to control their actions and temper. Imagine being disturbed by something that they cant see, while enduring the day to day 💩that are on going as per normal. 1 Day ok, 10 Days maybe ok, 1 mth, 3mths etc... In such cases due to other entities disturbances, really need help to get 'things done n settled'. Otherwise the person's mental may be greatly disturbed , the mind cannot stand it and they may want to become "superman" or end their lives. No why but just feel liked doing so. For people that have precepts liked for eg, Buddhism No1 precepts of 'Do not kill' (undertaken by those that have seek refugee) , this vow/precept can be used for them to remind themselves that they cannot kill, including taking away their own life. Whatever it is, remember to seek help. One aspect is day to day life see if things can be improved and the other on the spiritual level if one thinks they are being disturbed. But do not always see things as other entities disturbances. Most often is our mindset issues (great points u have shared) and not spiritual levels. All the best
