Tsuda-san's name in Chinese is in the same kanjis but read differently! 津田 健次郎 = Jīn Tián, Jiàn Cì Láng. His nickname is Uncle 津/Jīn which is equivalent to Uncle Tsuda!
This is the first video he posted on his BiliBili account and he actually did upload more videos consistently after that such as learning Chinese, sharing some seiyuu audition stories, trying Chinese food, playing games related to voice acting. I'll be subbing them so do look forward to it since they're really funny and wholesome!!
