A new type of drop “load” would work great, maybe a type resembling a old sling (charge,connecting wire(1ft),another charge) they could be dropped directly over the barrel(even on turtle tanks) to deny use of main weapon use

Improvement for your drones. Get rid of the 802.11 Wi-Fi data transmission systems and replace them with the I/Q spread-spectrum common now in home wireless transmission system extenders for plain old wired telephones. However, from the latest Wi-Fi technology, the 4X4 vectored directional transceiver systems using four antennas on each end. This might be able to increase survivability 4 to 8 times in impossible RF environments.
