Thank you for this. I’m a Human Resources Manager applying to be Director of HR at a local private school. I’ve never had to write an educational philosophy statement and this video has been so helpful. To me this is what a cover letter is supposed to be. These statements tell so much more about an employee (teacher or not) than a brief summary of accomplishments or skills. Im excited to write mine and share who I am, why I love what I do and show this school how I can support them in a much more passionate way than I’m used to. Thanks again!
