as someone else here said, I also do not understand a word they are saying, but it so nice to see the happiness on all their faces! I have already commented on another video about how I find it amazing that Maxima has learned Dutch and speaks it like she has been speaking it since she was a child.

Basically what he says is that he, as a German who married Beatrix in a difficult time, he's known what it's like to be a controversial choice of marriage, but that over the years the people have come to love him and vice versa. He also says he'll gladfully accept Máxima in the family and that's she's an awesome lady. :) And then of course he's very sweet at the end with the kisses and everything :)
