@@jaslaws5696 nope sorry but blender would be a aproach. Especially the "greance pencil" which allows you to make 2D look like 3D like for example in the 00:13 scene. Search for the youtuber Dedouze and his "Blender 2D/3D for beginners, drawing and animating with greasepencil (blender 2.8) - Part 1/2" video! 😄

Anybody who likes this art style, I'd suggest checking out the painter Hiroshi Nagai, who is famous for painting landscapes and cityscapes which were very popular during the Japanese "city pop" era of music and became lots of iconic album covers. This beautiful music video is very much a tribute to his style.

I am Japanese. I am very pleased that City Pop is being evaluated overseas in this way. I was able to reaffirm the awesomeness of Tatsuro Yamashita and Eiichi Otaki. Also, the songs are very respectful and the melody is elaborate and wonderful.

I'll tell you one thing dude, after coming out of the hospital for a stress induced stroke at age 22, I dedicated my time removing optional stressors, those included social media, news that wasn't local and politics. I was heavy into those things and they almost killed me. I replaced those with good music, good news, and doing one nice thing for someone else. So far I'm happier than I was before. Try to find your optional stressors and remove them, you'll see a difference. Best of luck, man.
