I cannot believe how good these madmain completes feel. 10/10 the only prob is chain tension changes sometimes but other than that it's solid. I recommend if you don't have one get one rn u won't regret it

the heat soak through that hole in the induction pipe will make the heat shield you fitted pointless, that hole needs to be blocked, tape it over until you can replace it, and another thing that concerns me is the missing bonnet scoop, they are designed to let air flow directly onto the inter cooler, with out the scoop a lot of turbulence will be created and will cut down the amount of air flowing through the inter cooler, I would replace these to things before any power mod as both the things I mentioned will create massive heat soak and there for less power, great video and fun Harry and Gaz, thank you

awesome vid yet again... just don't forget to replace the oil in the supercharger, they are not engine fed like a turbo so take their own oil and its the most common reason for failure of a supercharger. other than that, keep up the mods loving them

Your mini will run better and go better if you fill her up with high octane fuel. It’s due to the fuel breaking down quicker in the engine so there is more umph when you want so. It’s more ready from my experience. Love the cars big mini fan. Also love your videos so keep it up man.

Top tip when checking the oil, be careful when putting the dipstick back in the tube, the R53’s are known for snapping the dipsticks in half and you have to remove the sump to retrieve the broken part!! Can buy metal flexible ones which is what I’ve done and many other r53 owners

That is a nice little mod! Definitely want to get that split pipe sorted though because that is crusty! Good choice on the wheels. Smaller wheels tend to be better because they are lighter do you've got less unsprung weight 🙂

Might sound stupid but the Dipsticks are notorious for breaking on R53’s, you can buy stronger aftermarket ones for cheap. AP coil overs are the best way to go for a decent budget suspension setup, I’ve ran them on both my minis with no trouble

You can also drill a decent size hole in that back plastic, so it will drawer cooler air from the scuttle vent 👍 easy/cheap/bit more noise is always a win

Love the induction filter it will sound boss under load when driving. Is that an OMP strut brace ? I have one on my fiesta ST. Call the mini the Silver Bullet 😀
