@@Ragman_gamingit's being powered by a turbine engine, basically a jet engine. This is how most full size helicopters operate, just scaled down. The jet engine has to spool up and start to suck in air before it can really get going, which is why it starts like that.

I used to fly helicopters , but my main focus is on, fix Wing aircraft of all kinds on several of my gas engine airplanes I have a remote starter, or I can start it right from my transmitter. Always a lot of fun at the field when you're flying and you cut the engine in midair and people think oh oh he's out of power he's going to crash and then you restart the engine while it's up in the air and then you hear the Ooze in the eyes and the Applause, it's a lot of fun great Hobby

Motorbike engine starters use a roller ramp clutch. It’s like a bicycle freewheel that uses rollers or balls that wedge an inner wheel to an outer. There’s no hinged pawls so clickety-click. It spins up the engine then releases when engines is turning faster then the starter.

The hobby is finally fun for me again thanks to them; theres just nothing beating the sound, smell and feeling for me.

About time I was wondering when the rear compressor was going to be used a drive makes more sense so you can use the jet thrust as additional power rather than using the hot side not utalising the rear because all you get off the heat thrust on turboprop is exhaust outlet but this is a really good set up absolutely awesome I love it it kicks butt

That there is something that is an inversion of engine power because for a helicopter to take off it needs strength and speed. In this matter, a helicopter engine must have something related to it, such as exchanging power for speed or vice versa.

Loved this video so much that I visited your site. Wow! I subscribed immediately! Reminds me of when I began the R/C hobby with my Dad when I was 11. Jeez... that was 49 long years ago, and I kept up with it even after I began my career with the Canadian Coast Guard. In the beginning at least. In fact, the Captain of the CCGS John Jacobson was also an R/C pilot so we took our planes with us to fly whenever we got into port! Great times, and I still have several of my planes however my piloting skills have waned over the years. Now that Im retired and we're moving to southern BC soon from our 35 year home in Prince Rupert, BC where I was based, I'm finally committed to starting it again. There will be a lot of modernizing but I can't wait to get started. This video and your site is just what I needed. Thanks for the push!
