Turned out you need to have Hyper-V is installed (also Virtual Machine Platform) via optional Windows features tool to make it work. After making change and reboot, I run -ehm- run.bat again and it's completed installation.

on my windows 10, an error appears but it is very quick to see, and the installation does not ask for a restart, it goes straight to the end, it appears that the subsystem has been installed but it does not start, it loads for a few seconds and disappears
