This is wrong, if you charge 80% you will get the 80% consumption and you will charge it again compare to if you charge 100% you can use slight more time. so both are same thing!..

Quick doubt. If we charge the mobile only till 80 and use it till 20 indeed we increase the number of life cycles but don't we use more life cycles since we exhausted battery quickly? I mean if we take every 20 as one point then we have 5 points in 100. So if I use 80 to 20 then I use only 4 points compared to 5 points if I use from 100 to 20. So, we are increasing number of power cycles but we are still using that many power cycles in the same given time period.

The rules may change from mobile battery bcoz inverter use lead acid battery

It's not in continues charging. Inverter will cut off once the max voltage is obtained. This voltage varies based on battery type and configuration. Typical home inverter with 1000va or below will run in 12v configuration. So cut off could be at 13.x-14.x for a lead acid battery
